makes little sense as the options are 1,2,4 or 8 hours! Why not 6 instead? Who would set a timer for 8 hours?The eco setting changes the speed every 10 seconds with a beep
& whirring sound. I wonder who would be able to sleep through that. Seems like a pointless gimmick.Lastly, my fan makes a mechanical whirring sound periodically & I have
to turn off & turn it back on after 30 seconds to make this go away.
