Pros: Looks great, makes a great coffee and the milk frother provides hot milk and an amazing cappuccino!Cons: If the machine runs out of water, coffee beans or you need to empty the coffee grounds or water tray whilst making a coffee you can’t continue the current coffee cycle so can waste coffee as you have to start from scratch.

Pros: It looks great and works flawlessly every time.Cons: Setting it to your spec initially is a bit fussy but doable. I wish it had a larger tank too but seriously, for the money, it’s superb.

The machine does what it says right out of the box. When first setup the water tank valve was leaking but a quick message to the supplier and a new replacement arrive (very impressed) read the instructions b4 using and you need to buy filters, descaler and water softener testers so that another 30. But when its setup it makes a nice cup of coffe at the fraction of the shop ones. Enjoy!
Pros: Makes a variety of good coffees, easy to use once it's set up which takes a bit of thought.Once you get the settings right for you, each cup is perfect. It's quite compact and smaller than the previous Magnifica I owned. You can easily pick which type of coffee you dispense by using the buttons.Cons: I find the steam nozzle difficult to remove and replace. The one on the previous machine was much easier, but that's the only negative point for me.
Pros: Purchased 6th jan only using 4 times a day already contacted delonghi cust serv as descaling process a problem and wasn’t expecting to do so soon. Delonghi mentioned i should have had a litmus paper test for water hardness but there wasn't any with purchaseCons: Clearer instructions
Pros: The water tank is easily accessible to fillCons: The machine is very "needy" - it asks for more water when there's still a cup-worth in the tank; it needs emptying a lot - coffee grounds, waste water etc.I've had the machine for about 3 weeks and still haven't got the coffee as I would like it - but will keep tuning and experimenting. I was thinking of buying a Melitta but unfortunately the water tank location was in a bad location for me (rear of machine) based on where I have the machine installed. I opted to buy DeLonghi for this reason alone but I'm thinking I probably made an (expensive) mistake.
Pros: It’s easy to use, once you find out how! Makes lovely coffee.Cons: The instructions that came with it were incomprehensible. We had to go on YouTube to see how it was done.
The machine is great, except for the fact that the spout that you use to heat/texturise the milk keeps sticking on the “hot milk” option, regardless of whether you have switched it to the “cappuccino”’option. It is extremely frustrating when you want to put a fancy swan on the top of your latte but instead have a coffee that’s hotter than the sun.
bought ecetly as a replacement for an earlier model which had lasted 8 years in a hard water area. machine is easy to use which is just as well as set up instructions are not that clear. it is slimmer and lighter than the original. the milk frother has been modified an is no longer eay to clean otherwise a good regularily used machine
