Hi all who shaop at Harvey Norman', I have am using the De'longhi EcoDecalk Coffee Machine Descaler Solution for about 15 years now and from my experience if customers don't descale their machines, then they don't last as long. i have a DeLonghi Magnifica Fully Automatic Coffee Machine and I descale it and clean it on a regular basis. I also have a Jura J6 9 years old and it is still going strong thanks to using descaler. The guys here at Harvey Norman Bairnsdale know me as a regular customer who buys descaler solution on a regular Basis

I own a DeLonghi Magnifica S for approximately 7 years and have been using the EcoDeCalk exclusively since new. The EcoDeCalk has been keeping my Magnifica S clean and in great condition every time I had to perform the descaling function. I would not use anything else to do the descaling. Great product. I would recommend this product 100%.

I was always the one to clean my coffee machine with vinegar in the past. It was cheap and did the job on my regular machine but since I got my Delonghi more sophisticated machine I decided to try the product they were providing and found it did a great job to clean. Now to my surprise this product is at a decent price considering it can clean your machine 5 times at that price. I recommend

We shopped around for the best price of the Eco Decalk descaler for our coffee machine and found it at Myers. Their prices were awesome. Must admit we had not shopped at Myers for a while -- we used to always, for years. Now, we have gone back to Myers, which have always been competitive with the best quality of & variety of goods . Goes to show, we should not have stopped -- lesson learnt I say. :)
The Descaler was easy to use; the directions were clear.However, I had a major issue in that, during the descaling process, water was spewing from AROUND the hot water spigot. And yes, i did have containers placed under the spigots to collect the water. I ended up with the tray full and likely almost another 3-4 cups of water pooling all over the counter. I took pics and videos of the mess.I phoned your Customer Service line the next day to report this. The agent i spoke to was not interested in looking at the videos or pics. He said to phonè the Customer Servuce line the next time i plan to descale, so that your agent can watch what is happening in real-time. My first issue was with not being able to access the icons for your latte option about a month after it had been working properly. I was sent a replacement unit and it has worked fine since. I am somewhat concerned that i à m now facing another issue with the same part of your machine.I do hope this can be resolved.I will be in touch when i next descale.
