I picked up this heater about 2-3 weeks ago it works fine however the only flaw is that there are two vents one on the top and one on the side. The vent on the top with the grill is rather larger to the one on the side panel. The fan in the heater is mostly circulating heat out of the side panel. If the heat was coming out of the top vent then it would have given this heater a better rating to possibly a 5 star.It does heat up the open plan apartment area that I have however if the heat was circulating out of the top vent (larger) then the product would be more effective other than that every thing is excellant with the heater as it is quiet and the only sounds that you hear is when the heater is turned on there is a beeping sound. Its a terrific heater couldnt asks for a better heater then the delonghi 2200w panel heater with timer. a 100% it does the job really great for sure I really recommend a perfect product for people to in enquire looking getting one of them heaters for their own homes it just terrific you cant even tell its even on to you step outside then its like I am going back inside now so basically I must say a thousand % really terrific great heater yep yep. Thanks to you good guys topped product guys.

You need to set the run time each time you want to use the heater. For its price you should be able to remotely switch on and off or at lease set a start and stop time for daily or a weekly cycle. You can’t even use an external intelligent switch as each time the power to the unit is restored it goes into stand-by mode not a run mode. Very disappointing to discover this after paying so much for an otherwise great heater. I couldn’t recommend this until this design flaw is rectified.

Initially due to our large living areas it did take at least half an hour before it heats up the rooms however, we realised we would turn up the highest temp immediately thereafter. The controls on the side are easy to use and the plus factor for us it is on wheels and easy to move around/to another room. We are certainly very happy with the heater.
Our central heating had a hiccup during a cold Melbourne Spring lockdown. We needed a solution stat! This was perfect, & I’m more likely to use this in a room to take the edge off, rather than firing up the heating. Easy to move, great radiant heat. Love it. On special at time too.
I replaced my oil heater with this unit. As this works on convection, it takes the cold air and circulates warm arm. You can set the temperature you want to heat the air in the room to. The timer function is also handy. I like the eco function which reduces the consumption once it reaches the setpoint.This heater looks good in my room too.

On the plus side, it is a good size - neither too large nor small - & it is great to have a heater that can be easily moved around the room because it comes with wheels or, alternatively, can be mounted to the wall. It is a sleek design with a much better appearance than some others I saw, even in higher price brackets. It's quiet to operate, though I find it takes a while to heat up an open-plan living space in a medium-sized unit to the set temperature. After two hours on maximum settings it only raised the room temperature by 1 degree. (15 to 16 degrees). This room has blinds, floor rugs and insulation.The heater looks good but for the relatively high price I’d have to ask where the value is in this heater. If it’s heat output was better and the fan actually pushed more heat out it might be worth the price but it’s way overpriced for its performance. Unless you are using this in a room smaller than 25m2 then I’d look elsewhere as this one won’t do the job. I’d be interested to see the latest choice review of this heater.The ... Firstly, I really like that you can set the temperature exactly and then the heater just monitors the room and keeps the temperature consistent.Secondly, when you set the heater on high but toggle on the "eco" mode, it only uses the power it needs to keep the room at the set temperature. So when the room is very cold, it will turn the fan on and pump out heat at maximum, but then as the room heats it will turn off the fan and then gradually lower its output as the room temp stabilises.The fan is noticeable but quiet and not annoying, and it only runs for a few minutes as the room comes up to temperature.I also like the dark grey matt/satin finish, it looks pretty smart.
