Pros: Ease of use, easy to maintain, good features. Makes a very good coffee and gives you the choice to tweak the coffee to your own taste. The design is very nice, looks great in our kitchen.Cons: Definitely do not like the instruction booklet, would much prefer the quick start to be in writing and not just pictures. Main instruction booklet should still include everything from the very start ie; initial set up right through everything. A good video/dvd in English would make everything about buying this machine brilliant.

Pros: I had been looking for a bean to cup machine for some time since I had decided that the flavour of the coffee was more authentic than the pod machines. I was not disappointed with this offering from De Longhi and the machine also looks good sitting on the kitchen counter.Cons: Personally I would like the water reservoir to be slightly bigger.

The first machine was faulty, the replacement is not much better. Sometimes it dumps the ground coffee granules instead of making the drink (that is getting expensive) and sometimes it will not make anything other than espressos. So if you like a tall coffee, you’re out of luck! It’s slow to make coffees, very noisy and has cost me a lot in coffee beans and ground coffee whilst ironing g out some of the machines issues. Would not recommend.

Pros: Fairly easy to use once one has got to grips with how it works. Internal cleaning is easier than our old machine and external is also easier to clean. Quieter.Cons: Instructions with just pictures can be confusing so written instructions would be helpful.
Pros: Options to make coffee of your choice; grinding options tooCons: It’s very noisy and for some cups pulses the grinding intermittently.Removing the parts for cleaning is really tricky and I do not have the strength to do this so need to ask someone else. If you are elderly or disabled this would be a problem.
Pros: An all-round well designed machine which consistently makes excellent coffee.Cons: The wrap-round cover was not properly fitted. On one side the locating lugs were not captured so that side of the machine sticks out slightly. This does not affect the function of the machine in any way - it just looks untidy.
Pros: Easy to use. Lovely coffee. Looks nice too. Front loading for water is great for me. Great milk frother.Cons: Instruction manual is poor and feels incomplete. I still haven’t successfully used pre ground coffee which I like in the evening for decaf. Setting up was easier to understand by watching the you tube video. Pre sales Customer service was not great. One lady just kept referring me to google. Eventually I got toSomeone very good who could answer my questions.
I've had this machine two months or so now. And love it. I rung delonghi as I wasn't sure which model would suit me. I had the most helpful man you could have. We figured I love my milk really hot, so I needed one which I can heat myself, I can't grind and tamper to save myself. But I love a great coffee. This machine delivers it all. So easy to set up, so easy to clean. Top notch machine
Pros: It produces good coffee....the only good point it needs!Cons: It was a replacement machine for one that had become defective after years of use. The exchange arrangement, including a 30% reduction on the price of the new machine, was extremely efficient but I must say that we preferred our original machine which we thought was wonderful (we had even taken it on holidays with us...it was an essential early morning part of the family!) This one is a wee bit too complicated...simplicity is best!
I'm quite fussy on my espresso so I did a heap of research, I didn't want a milk tank so options were limited, I could not be more pleased with the Evo. My research all pointed to Delonghi as being the brand that makes the strongest coffees in the auto range and this model being particularly good at crema. It only took a few coffees to get the settings right and now i enjoy beaut espressos at the push of a button, and incredibly easy to clean. My only 'improvements' would be; a stainless cup warmer (plastic one does not), have buttons that are less sensitive (they are easy to bump being on a horizontal surface) and for the X2 button to make double coffees for all coffee typos, not just espresso (Unless I am doing something wrong).
