Purchased the 76 cm by accident, as I was looking for the next size down. The unit was delivered without issue, a good price in the sale and the unit was fine for packing. I swapped it without issue at the local Myer store, and the replacement smaller size is a good fit, very good to travel with.

Our older antler cases etc don't have this structural issue. It held up to baggage handlers on numerous flights but felt flimsy and harder to roll each time it was collected from the baggage claim.

Perfectly decent cabin bag. I’m not a fan of 4-wheelers but the wheels seem fairly robust and it glides smoothly. Not a fan of how the big pocket stops you seeing what’s in the top compartment. And the zippers are extremely stiff and hard to open and close, especially around the corners. Glad I got it on special, certainly wouldn’t pay full price!
It’s a great size and light weight which was what I wanted however, after only one use it’s very badly scuffed. I know buying a white case was perhaps a bit adventurous but I thought with the cost of the case it would have had a protective film. We’ve had white cases in the past that haven’t looked so worn after only one journey. Maybe a different colour would be better as the case is good.
Looks and feels solid enough. Yet to road “test” the suitcase on a trip. Bought suitcase based on an in depth review from another customer. Moulded hand holds at the bottom of the suitcase makes it easier to lift into taxi.
Was very pleased to be able to buy this suitcase with points plus pay. This is a very favourable way to use up points that dont quite add up to a decent flight. The product is very good and was well packaged, however it took two tries to get the product that was ordered. The white large suitcase ordered came first time around as a dark grey medium sized model of the same ilk. It was all well fixed up in the end but did delay things quite a bit and was extra interaction that I reallly did not need. Not sure what really happened but all is well that ends well.
I still don't understand why they only offer 5yr warranty. I only just got back from travel. I noticed some damages with other people's suitcases on the same flight because they got squashed. My new Delsey Clavel still looks new. Not even a scratch. And my older Delsey Belmont, is also the same although we can tell they both got squashed too, but they look almost untouched. I'm very very pleased with this brand. I have 4 Delsey suitcases mainly because I always travel to dodgy countries. You can't go wrong with Clavel as it'll keep your belongings safe with their zip technology & I'm glad they're now lighter than Delsey Belmont. Highly recommend
Bought this case for Europe. Strong and spacious. Love the two sections for packing. Held up well on our trip but the case does get scratched from the airline so might be worth covering. The coloured cases don’t show the scratches as much
After checking the other brands on offer, we chose the Clavel 4 wheel trolley. It met all of our requirements and I loved the white colour. The case spins really well on the four wheels - is light and moves very easily. I particularly liked the idea of the hidden zip on the case. Looking forward to happy travelling memories with this Clavel Case. Also plenty of room inside the case to hold lots of shopping.thank youbarbara tronc
