Non-stop compliments I got from fellow travelers at the airport. I got the set of Angora collection, 21" carry on, 3 pcs of 28" check-in, couple of toiletry bags, and a shoulder bag. Most people turned head and did a double look. Very sturdy, classy and chic expensive look. Tip, you might want to get a luggage cover for the check-in ones as they can get dirty. Did a multiple leg trip to Hawaii and back, scratch free with the 3 check-in with the luggage cover. 21" carry-on with the matching shoulder bag garnered all the compliments.

I was so happy when I opened the wrapping paper and saw "Delsey Angora Shoulder Bag" printed on the box because it would go to with the Angora Beauty Case and Carry-On that I already have. Boy was I disappointed. The bag arrived in a box that was not much bigger and noticeably damaged. When I opened it, there was no protective packing, just a worn-looking bag. I pretended to be excited because my husband was so proud of himself but I am let down by the bag's condition. It has creases and almost looks pre-used. This was slightly more sad than the Beauty Case, which arrived scuffed. What's going on, Delsey? I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Could not recommend this brand more! I own the backpack and carry on spinner and have taken them on countless trips with me. The back pack can fit a laptop, iPad, and two books simply in the back pouch. An outfit, 2 pairs of shoes and my clutch in the main zipper and chargers in the front. It came with a stunning matching pouch and lock. The carry on spinner is durable with an added layer of elegance. It has held up against travel 'abuse' and I get so many complements at the airport. It came with a travel hanger, two garment bags, and a USB plug. The backpack has also doubled for a work bag and the spinner I love for overnight trips even when traveling by car. High quality at an affordable price. You need this!

Travelers should check out this design, it's amazing!! The pockets and storage areas are unbelievable. The main compartment is spacious, enough for toiletries, devices, documents and other stuff. It also has a padded sleeve for tablets or laptops. The bag itself is classy enough to take anywhere for any occasion. I got the angora one and it perfectly matches my Delsey rolling suitcase. Excellent purchase, for the money you can't go wrong.
The tote seems to be solid quality with the exception of the handles. I use this as my daily laptop work tote and noticed after about 4-5 months of use that the edging along the handles were fraying. The fraying has become progressively worse and to the point my colleagues have pointed out the handles seemingly falling apart. Really disappointed these didn't hold up because I think the size of the bag and quality about everything else besides the handle is great. I also have a matching carry-on which I've never had an issue with.
This bag is not worth the cost. It's cheap plastic that shows creases in unnatural places. What's worse is that I ordered the carry on luggage right after and the color doesn't match. The carry on is well made so i want to keep it - it's this subpar quality bag i want to return. But because i took the tags off they won't issue a refund, even though it's well within the 30 day period. Perhaps I wouldn't be so upset if the bag was $50 instead of $200, but I don't feel at this price point it's unreasonable to expect them to use quality materials. I know the white color was out of stock for a while, so maybe this is a fairly new issue since other people seem to be pleased with what they received. My advice is to see this in person before buying.
I bought the chocolate version of this item as a match to the chatelet underseater. The bag is classy looking and makes a nice set, but my issues with this bag are: the handles are somewhat still and seem cheap and plasticky, the bag itself is a little stiff, making it difficult to open up wide, and it needs more pockets, and specifically a water bottle pocket on one side, preferably the outside. The little bag that comes with it does make up for the lack of pockets somewhat. I do like that it matches the other piece very well and the back unzips so it slips over the trolley handle. It's also very solid on the matching roller bag and balances well.

I’m so disappointed in this bag I could cry. I received it as a birthday present yesterday to go with the Angora Beauty Case and the Angora Carry-On. Just like the Beauty Case, the shoulder bag arrived in a box that was the exact size as the item and was terribly beat up. When I opened the box there was no packing, just the bag, which looked as haggard as the box. I smiled and gushed and accepted the birthday present because my husband was so proud of himself, but it is an embarrassment. There are creases in it, it looks like it was used and stuffed in a box to sell again. At least it was slightly better than the Beauty Case which arrived scuffed. I would not recommend.
I bought this bag for travel with the Chatelet trunks (i have 2 and love them!) and carryon. The hard-side pieces work very well and continue ie to look good despite the number of trips on which they have been used. This case, however, is not surviving the use. The vegan leather is shredding on the straps near the stitching. My advice? Buy the hard-sides cases but find a briefcase that will last well enough to justify the cost.
