They offer day and night relief from 8 symptoms, including headaches and fever, sore throat, body aches and pains, blocked or runny nose, and dry cough. The product is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over. Adults and children 12 years and over should take 2 Day capsules every 4-6 hours as necessary, with a maximum daily dose of 6 Day capsules in 24 hours. At bedtime, adults and children 12 years and over should take 2 Night capsules as necessary, with a maximum daily dose of 2 Night capsules in 24 hours. Always read and follow the directions for use, as incorrect use could be harmful. Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness in some people.
