I have been using this lovely wholemeal organic spelt flour for a few months now.. and feel like I am beginning to perfect the art of the sourdough spelt loaf.. the taste is delicious.. toasted its delightful and the loaf I make weekly is enjoyed to the last crumbs. Lovely flour to work with and to eat!!
Excellent flour, no more bloating after bread.Came well packed and reasonably fast to Perth.I use it with Emmer, water, salt, whole cumin and of course starter! Love the bread!
Love it. I started making sourdough during covid so this flour has become a staple for me. Great quality and freshness. Love it that it is organic and that it is a whole grain flour.
We love this flour it is so fresh, we use it mainly for our sourdough bread but it is great used in cakes and biscuits as well.
I had a lot a of trouble with IBS but since I found this flour it's gone which make me very happy to be able to make and eat my own breads, cakes, rough crust, short crust, pasta and the list goes on
Hi There been making sourdough with your flour and we love it one suggestion maybe seal the bag better to stop air from getting in. This may avoid Weavills ? We keep it in our freezer.CheersTerry
Hi,Is there any bread machine recipe for the spelt wholemeal and spelt white flour? I just swap these two flour from the wholemeal and white flour. The bread always collapsed on the top.Thank you
