Dentafix Fillings Repair Fix is a ready to use temporary filling material which can be used for the temporary filling of cavities. This filling material has been developed to provide an ideal temporary solution. It sets only if it comes into contact with water or saliva and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to set, it is easy to work with; it has adequate strength yet easily removed by a dentist without any damage to the cavity. I bought this for a temporary filling of a molar that has been super sensitive unable to eat on that side, cold drinks were very painful. The Dentafix compound was very easy to apply and totally taste & odour free. I waited approximate 30 minutes after applying and drank a COLD glass of water PAIN-FREE, later that night I was able to eat a steak without a problem and no damage to filling, absolutely brilliant product!!

I was looking forward to this item arriving and to get some relief from toothache. No matter how many times I tried.. Followed directions.. It just kept falling out within seconds..A complete waste of money.

Great product if used properly. Don't expect it to be DIY dentistry and it will hold you over for a few days if you can't get to a dentist straight away. Works well on - small cavities or holes from existing fillings that have fallen out and got lost. Not recommended for - broken teeth or large areas that you can't pack the material into (e.g. lost crowns).

Works fine, however the tube is so badly design that after ONE use you can throw away 90% of it that has been hardened. Everytime I had to purchase another one and cost me perhaps 5 times for one use each. Still cheaper than going to the dentist for a temporary fix, however you feel stolen everytime you buy it. I tried everything sealing it in dried box with cap firmly closed or so, helped a bit for a little more if you use another fix soon otherwise nothing changes, all the tube will get hard somehow when you will need again.
My 96 year old Mum is regarded as super high risk during the Covid 19 pandemic so dentists will not attend to the filling that fell out. A Dentist recommended we use this item until the pandemic passes as we wanted to reduce the chance of Mum getting an infection where the filling fell out. I found it very easy to use although my first attempt I didnt push enough in and it came out when Mum brushed her teeth. Not to worry there was plenty in the tube which would allow me to do many fillings if needed. The first attempt that fell out was very hard as it should be. Great temporary fix!

There is a shortage of available appointments for dentist where I live - this was a lifesaver. Wish I had known about it years ago when travelling to Asian countries - for emergencies!
A friend gave me some of theirs when a filling fell out re entry and due to restrictions I could see a dentist for repair. Omg it worked almost immediately reducing discomfort. Filing now repaired but I’ve ordered my own tube for the medicine cabinet in case this happens again. Fantastic product!
Does what is says, is only temporary as stated. Was able to eat within the hour... used it to cap a Cavite up back molar. Lasted about 4 weeks. Was super easy to use.
