I bought them before my prostate surgery to try and see how they fit and compare with other brands. First thing I noticed is as how slim (not bulky) they are. The elastic has just the right tension and the material can breath. It fits snugly on my legs.As soon as my catheter is remove straight away I needed this underwear. This is my six week post surgery and have not experience any leaks yet. So far so good!
