I love everything about this product. I came from using Cerave facial wash/cleansers and they actually gave me acne and the worst black heads! Thankfully I found DermaE and I will always be a customer. This acne cleanser has cleared up my acne, blackheads and redness. My skin has never looked better (plus using the other DermaE products I purchased) and I'm having second trimester acne which has also cleared up by using this product. I do suffer from very dry skin and this cleanser doesn't make it worse! Thank you DermaE! P.s. they have fabulous customer service who calls you back ;)

I bought this because I was concerned about it containing salicylic acid. It's clean after washing. It does sizzle, but it doesn't bother me. I use it morning and night when I don't have makeup on. Acne heals faster. My long-standing acne on my chin looks like it's going to heal soon.Great quality, package and size! It can be used for all age and it is very benefit for oily skin.

I used it for my acne prone skin. The texture is nice kinda runny and gel like. Makes a nice foam. The package is nice as it comes with a pump. It benefits acne but it does seems to have a light scent or fragrance. It's gentle enough to be used everyday but one needs to lower the frequency of use it ones has sensitive skin. It's not harsh and doesn't strip the skin of its natural moisture.
Both my oily skin partner and my dry skin self used this for a couple of months a few times a week both as a face wash and a body wash, and while it didn't ause offense to the skin in increasing breakouts, it didn't do either of our skin types' acne any favours either. So it's basically an expensive general face cleanser.I would have kept at using this, but I found out I have a lavender allergy, so now I can't continue using it on my face. It was good at getting makeup and sunscreen off while I did use it and I didn't feel any irritation using this. But as a precaution it will just be a body wash now. I was sent a sample in another order, and I loved it; it immediately started clearing up my acne, but I think it was diluted with water because it was very runny compared to the actual product, which is a nice gel. The regular product was too strong for my face. I already use Rx strength adapalene for my acne, so I don't need a full blast of tea tree oil and salicylic acid. SO, I use an empty travel bottle to combine the charcoal and marine algae face wash as a base and as many pumps of the acne facial cleanser as I need at the time (more for sweaty summers). I leave the combination on my face for maybe 20 seconds while I floss or whatever to really let the ingredients do their thing before washing it off. Package came in perfect condition. The quantity is good enough for the size and my frequency of use is daily basis. The composition of this face wash is pretty good, nice and thick for a gel but lathers up well.I will say the scent is really strong. It’s natural tea tree oil, so earthy/minty which is nice, compared to ones with perfume. But it really liked it, although my skin is very sensitive but this one did not even sting a bit honestly felt gentle, in fact it helped moisturize my skin after continuity and results are amazing. Will definitely benefit your skin and worth the price, great quality.

I love how the container is clear, so you can see how much you have inside. I have very sensitive rosacea skin, and this doesn't seem to trigger it or dry skin out to much.
