I have battled with a sensitive, dry scalp for a number of years. Over that time I have found a few shampoos that give me some relief, but not quite as well as this shampoo.What I have found with a lot of the other shampoos, as they are sulfate free, they don't foam well and it's hard to get my hair clean. I think my body over compensates for my dry scalp by producing more oil so my hair does get quite oily. And I try not to wash too often as it dries my scalp out even more.But this shampoo foams beautifully, it cleans my hair well without drying it out. I have scalp Psoriasis and have been looking for a perfect product like this one.How amazing shampoo and conditioner in one, I worry about such products because I have curly thick dry hair, and often such products have more shampoo than conditioner which really dries up my hair.I had to look for such a product because I'm pregnant & I can't use a lot of my scalp psoriasis medicine so I needed something to calm the itchy-ness, I've been using this with the Scalp Relief Serum, which has been excellent too but I need to re apply this everyday to stop the itchiness.This product is perfect! it really does work, and the urea content in it works really well, it doesn't dry up my hair at all.This product has really saved me money too because it's a 2 in 1 product.

I've tried scalp oils, aloe vera and even moisturiser on my scalp, but this works the best for me. (Moisturiser also works surprisingly well - better than scalp oil for me - but you have to wash it out, of course.)The Dermal scalp serum worked well too, but it felt like menthol, which I'm not a fan of, so I just use the shampoo and massage my scalp with a run-of-the-mill plastic comb. I wish I'd realised years ago that I don't have dandruff, just a dry scalp!
