But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! Amazing for sensitive skin!

I have insanely dry and sensitive skin along with rosacea. This kit has helped my skin SO much! I have only used the cleanser and calm water gel so far because I don't use more than one new product in a month. I have been using the calm water gel for a few months and it SAVED my dehydrated skin. My aesthetician recommended the cleanser so I just got this kit to make sure it worked. I'm glad I did because it has made an immediate difference on my skin appearance, texture, and overall my skin feels so much less dry!! My only complaint is the cleaner is ridiculously hard to get out of the container! I have to take the lid off to even get the product out. Calm the redness

Lasted me maybe a month. A little goes a long way. Pea size.If you rotate your products according to your skin mood you get a lot more from your products but this skill comes withtimeproduct knowledgeknowing your skinSoooo when my skin is acting up I start my skin on the ultra calming. Maybe 3 days and redness is to a minimal.I also tried the new oat micro exfoliate and mix the ultra calming wash with it and let it sit on my skin. Sometimes I apply then put a wash rag on my face like a mask and let it open my pores and seep in.I keep the toner spritz on me during the day to apply and will even bring to work 😂 lol.

Clear start line

Love the packaging! I’ve been recommending this product for my clients lately. I love the all of the products in this kit. You get your foaming cleanser, a booster that helps prevent and stop breakouts, then you get a water based moisturizer that helps keep the face hydrated and not oily. I also just bought the new acne fighting satin pillow case and the cryo roller and I’m super excited to try it out! Will definitely be ordering some more products from the clear start line very soon!

Fantastic for sensitive/reacting skin

I recently had a reaction to retinol that started a terrible eczma breakout around my eyes and cheeks. I couldn't use any of my usual skincare for weeks, even products I use for these kinds of reactions or breakouts specifically no longer worked. The irritation was spreading down my cheeks and it hurt to open my eyes, so I purchased this kit on a Sunday and used it 2x daily. By the following Friday it was almost entirely clear. After 14 days my skin and eyes look and feel better than they have in years. I didnt realize how damaged my moisture barrier was. I am super impressed and so relieved to have my nice skin back! I loved my Dermalogica Sensitive Skin Rescue Kit, using now on my holiday

I purchased this product to take away on holiday with me. I use all these products in the big packages, but it is so convenient getting them in tiny size to take on plane.I love the ultra calming cleanser as it is so gentle on my skin.The calm water gel is really light. I love applying it after my shower and then putting the sun screen on top.At night I love using the sound sleep cocoon. It is gentle on skin and I feel my skin looks great the next morning. I also love the smell of this product

I would not repurchase

I read the reviews here and trusted that they were honest and accurate. However, when you go on the Dermalogica website you will see more balanced reviews. The negative reviews are honest.I will not repurchase. I am extremely disappointed. These products caused painful itchy rash on my face, cystic acne and tiny bumps under and on top of skin that itched. This is after the third use. Ugh. I only wanted to hydrate my skin. I never had any issues except for an occasional pimple around that time of the month. Now, I have to wait for my skin to heal.ALSO, the packaging is terrible. Very hard to get cleanser and moisturizer out of the bottle.I do not encourage anyone to purchase this. IT IS definitely not for sensitive skin.

I find it interesting that the top critical review is about receiving an opened box in shipping. I purchased this in store and had the same issue with the outside seals being broken, and the face mist was absolutely expired. That product gets an alcohol smell when it expires, confirmed by other users of that item. When I went back to exchange, I noticed that almost ALL of the boxes of this kit sitting there had seals broken??? I decided to not chance it and exchanged it for just the smaller full size of the cleanser.As far as actual product review, the cleanser did have a very COOLING feeling on my skin, but when I rinsed it off the redness was not improved at all, it also was not at all as moisturizing as it seemed going on. If you want something that really helps sensitized skin calm down, get the First Aid Beauty oatmeal mask and keep it in the FRIDGE (thank me later), and moisturize REALLY well afterwards with a very plain cream or balm that doesn't irritate you. I respect what Dermalogica has done for esthetician education, but this was a really bad first impression of the products.

I am blown away by how well this kit worked for me, and I truly saw a major improvement after one use. I can't believe how quickly my dry, bumpy rosacea afflicted skin was soothed and even glowed with a dewy (not greasy) complexion I haven't see since my teens. I had previously used La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser or Purifying Foaming Cream Cleanser, followed with La Roche Micellar to remove stubborn foundation (Estee Lauder Double Wear to hide my redness) and the Toleriane Double Moisturizer (both with and w/out SPF). La Roche helped, but my skin would often flare up and never feel truly soothed. If you have rosacea, you know what I mean.The Dermologica cleanser smells a bit like lavender, is a cream base and does not foam. worst product ever!

I tried this like 2 weeks ago, I have eczema so this is what the worker thought was best. wrong! lol for real tho. the facial mist BURNS! , The calming water gel is very soothing if you dont have sensitive skin. i put the water gel on parts of my face that are less sensitive and it didnt hydrate much at all. the face wash is the worst, as i was scrubbing my i just felt a burning sensation on the sensitive parts on my skin. the reason why its bad is because it says its for sensitive skin and im now suffering from a full eczema attack all on my face and neck!!! gross
