I came across Desky in my search for a new stand up desk and I liked all the accessories you add on in order to keep the desk tidy. Given I now work from home this was a priority.I desk I initially ordered did not accommodate Desky Integrated Cable & Power Channel I ordered. Desky called to let me, know they adjusted my order with no issues and seemed happy to do so.The desk arrived in 4 separate packages over 4 deliveries which was a pain having to hang around for a whole day waiting on the courier to deliver the items.They arrived, and I didn't find it as easy to put it all together as it appears on the videos on the Desky website and all important integrated cable & power channel did not jus click in as it should, I had a hard time getting it to click in. Very good sit stand desk, no power required, super fast to move the desk up and down and no noise unlike motorized. Depending on the weight on top need a little effort to pull up or push down. Only issue was the first step in the manual was not clear to me to remove the transparent plastic cap. I spent 3 hours to make the lever work and gave up. Contacted support and the very next day they pointed out I may not have removed the cap. After fixing it worked like charm. Very happy with the product and support. They promised to update the manual with clear instructions. For those who need I will upload the pictures including the cap

The desk was very easy to assemble and works well so far! I love it! Only downside was that the Desky keyboard tray (ordered separately) won’t fit this desk due to the position of the up/down lever. We had to build our own keyboard tray to fit and lost the money to ship the returned keyboard tray back to Desky. This was my bad for not reading the dimensions. Make sure to fully read descriptions and take measurements. Don’t assume that all Desky accessories fit all Desky desks.

Assembly was fine, though most difficult part was getting the lifting mechanism correctly installed but once it was in the desk lifts and descends smoothly.Great to have the ability to work both sitting and standing. Note, pushing the desk down from standing position does require a bit more push/force than I initially expected, I have to put my hand or arm across the middle and gently push down but it comes down fine at that point (but you can't do this subtly if you're on a Zoom call for example). However, raising it to standing just requires a light lift of the lever.Desk is sturdy and good size with plenty of room for your belongings. In all very happy given the great value!

And came across desky's website with great pneumatic desk option. And luckily on sale. The delivery was a bit chaotic with canpar (do not recommend, terrible service). Once i received it, the assembly was super simple and straightforward. I assembled it on my own and the pieces are not heavy. I bought wheels, also from desky, as they can adapt to any desk. The one thing - and most important part - that may need some work is the pull up/down: when i lift the desk to standing position, i have to hold it and pull it up while pressing the handle otherwise the desk tends to go down (gravity). The perfect option for entry into the home sit-stand desk range. All components feel high quality, construction is simple, and the styling is good.I did only get the air-lift model, although I can’t expect too much as this is the most basic option, the airlift takes a little wiggling and caution when operating, but once it moves its effortless - happy to accommodate that for the price.Maybe i have it set up a little wrong? But I would still totally recommend.
Finally, received the rest of parts. Ordered 10 Aug and recieved the the desktop within a week to Sydney which was impressive! The courier missed the frame part so I followed-up for two weeks. Eventually, they admitted they lost the parcel. Much appreciated Desky customer team! Summer is always getting back to me instantly and re-arranged to deliver the new frame last week and I received it just hour ago! I thought this desk would be small, comparing to my previous one. But I am happy to have this as you can see from my photo! So spacious! I love it!
I chose this instead of electric because I needed a desk fast and this was the most inexpensive option for me.I think I got the old instructions that don’t explain about removing the caps from the lift mechanism so had to take it apart again. Honestly wasn’t even mad though because it’s engineered so well it goes together easily. Would definitely recommend. Really solid, no wobble at all.
Its now been more than a week since I started using this desk and the experience is amazing so far. This desk eliminates the use of external power to move up or down and more over its quick. It just lifts faster than electric or manual sit and stand desk.The only con I see with this desk is the load capacity. With a dual monitor arm holding my MacBook Pro and a monitor and an additional MacBook and a plant, I need to put little effort to raise it, but that's okay, not a show stopper.Its built quality is great, overall I love this desk.
Just starting using it and it seems study and pretty easy to put together. Except...as a few have mentioned, there was no step in the instruction in my package that you need to remove the plastic clips at the top of the legs to release the lift mechanism before you put the table top on. I struggled tweaking the lift handle for a little while before calling the very efficient help line and they said that I must have the old instructions where that step is missing - seems to be a common issue! Had to then take off the table top, then the clips and all was well. Got there in the end but please make sure the right instructions are included in the pack ;-) Otherwise would be 5 stars based on very initial usage.
