The desk arrived in 3 short days. It is solidly built and easy to assemble. I was able to complement the desky frame with an ikea tabletop I already had very easily. Despite my heavy setup (two laptops, two large monitors, etc.) the desk is sturdy and does not wobble much at all. As I am quite tall myself (6'3) I love that it goes higher (and quieter) than many other stand up desks. The cable management extra isn't amazing (holes at each end only) but does the job. Very satisfied overall.

The frame is strong and sturdy. Love the look of the controller. Picked up a wooden Merbau 2.2 m panel from Bunnings and ******* it to the frame. Works perfect, not that noisy and looks great. The frame is definitely worth the money. However, the same can’t be said about the Cable Management and powerpoints I purchased with the frame. The cable/data channel is flimsy, the sides keep falling out when trying to adjust cables and it’s a nightmare to put it back. The two powerpoints aren’t the best in the sense it is very difficult to plug in to the power sockets, out of the 8 about 4 I cannot use as the power plugs just won’t go in. Not the best.If it was just the frame and controller I would have given it 5 stars.

Desky have put together a great package that is easy to assemble, intuitive to operate and was delivered a week earlier than expected. I paired this frame with a Walnut table top I picked up from a local hospitality distribution center.Highly recommend getting the cable tray as it makes the setup of even the more hardware-heavy desktops neat and tidy. The power-boards are a little over-priced for what they are, although the sideways ports are a nice touch. I found that putting a second six-port in the cable tray facing the same way worked just as well.Owning a sit-stand desk is a game-changer. I spend about half my day standing up and it acts as a productivity booster. My posture feels better.Highly recommended.

I looked for a good desk for the longest time. I considered big box furniture stores (the usual places, the Swedish places) and couldn’t find something that suited the space I was planning to design. I also had a gorgeous wooden bench top on hand, and couldn’t bare to waste it. Then I stumbled on Desky. I was unsure at first and had a few questions but the team were really quick in answering them, so I had no more hesitations in ordering a white dual frame. The desk came quickly and with clear instructions (loved the extra screws for people wanting to DIY their desk). In an hour, I’d assembled the frame, drilled the pilot holes and brought it all together. It’s by far the best investment I’ve made to my at-home study/work from home space. Lifting legs and components are well built, high quality. The leg feet design is visually appealing but problematic for owners of vacuum robots (likely many of your customers) as the feet are flat enough for the robot to attempt to cross them rather than navigate around, getting stuck on them in the process. Innovation opportunity! The controller functionally works well but lags some ‘Apple factor’, feels like a unit from the 90ies.The cable tray add-on was the disappointment. Flimsy construction, lacks structural rigidity needed to support the sort of typical office cabling a dual monitor/laptop docking station/table light/usb charger/printer setup requires. I purchased the 8 plug version and need each plug to power all the tech. The support the cable tray I needed to drill a hole into the 2 tray pieces and insert a bolt with nut to avoid the 2 pieces from sagging under the weight of the cables etc and then drop out of the spring-loaded bolt mechanism supplied. Improvement needed!Once installed, operating the desk is very enjoyable and it looks very clean.
Really happy of my dual desk legs. The mounting went very well.I give a 9.9/10. (I wish the wood screw that come with the legs could be black painted)It would also have been great to have french instruction. (For french canadian like me :-))Otherwise, with all the videos from youtube, the mounting was easy.I really enjoy the Integrated cable & power Channel. Really help to have a neat cable management !Thank you Desky
Using the desk is an absolute breeze! Though what gives this review 5 stars is how much of a pleasure if was to set up as well. It’s not a negative because I should have looked more closely, but be aware that if you opt for the cable management system it only spans a 1600mm gap. You can of course still put the max length (2400m desk) on top of the desky with overhang either side, but the feet themselves will have to be a maximum of 1600mm apart if you want the cable management system to be secured to the pre drilled points. This is worth noting if you want two chairs like we did, as 800mm of space per person for an office chair is probably the minimum you’d want. Overall the fit and finish is so good it outweighs this, also this information is available on the website, just under the cable management specifications.
I had been looking for a smaller sit stand desk for awhile. Found some but they were from overseas brands. Then I came across Desky which not only had a smaller frame but they have all sorts of combination which meant I could put a custom top on (still need to make this happen). This set up is a game changer and I would recommend them. Only been using it for a few weeks but nothing to complain so far. I added a single monitor arm, caster wheels (so I could wheel it to different rooms) and the cable storage.
I purchased this and it was relatively easy to assemble, I connected it to a wood top bench that I purchased from IKEA, and the instructions were clear. I then tried to elevate the desk and use the standing mechanism, and only one side of the desk lifted correctly. It seemed as if the sleeves on one of the legs had stuck together, and therefore one leg wouldn't lift and the table was lopsided when lifting to a standing position. The desk is only level when it is at its lowest setting, which is too short for me to sit at due to my height and frame, therefore the desk isn't useable. I followed up with customer service by trying to call the phone line which rings once and then goes to voicemail (saying the team is unavailable), I've also used the live chat function. ... MoreI purchased this and it was relatively easy to assemble, I connected it to a wood top bench that I purchased from IKEA, and the instructions were clear. I followed up with customer service by trying to call the phone line which rings once and then goes to voicemail (saying the team is unavailable), I've also used the live chat function. The person I spoke to on live chat (Richard) is polite and helpful, but it seems that although he is trying to get this sorted, other departments are unresponsive and therefore they can't get things done within the timeframes provided. For example, I was told the replacement would be dispatched by Monday, but it is almost Wednesday and it still isn't dispatched, with no concrete ETA provided, and no guarantee that it will arrive by the end of the week as promised.Paying close to $1,000.00 for desk legs and accessories, you would expect them to work, or at the very least, the replacement legs to be sent out promptly to rectify the issue. Instead, I've had to use a Bunnings fold-out table to work from home, whilst I wait for the company to send out replacement legs. Very frustrating not being able to talk to someone, and paying almost $1,000.00 for a poor quality product, and not much customer service. You can see this in the attached photo, however, it does not show the full extent of how lopsided it is as I didn't want to raise the desk any higher to prevent further damage.
Awesome desk - I use the frame kit and some form ply to make a desk 1.8m by 0.9m. It could cope with a much bigger top if needed. I love the simplicity of the mechanism and how sturdy the desk is in full extended position. It also runs to much taller than I need and I'm 6'4" tall. Its awesome - I just wish Id moved to this setup a the start of the pandemic not 2 years in. Ive got 4 set points, one really low for working sitting on the ground cross legged, one for chair sitting, one for standing, and then full height for cleaning underneath. awesome. Oh - the controller has a USB charge port on it - really handy for adding a phone charger out of the ay of where you work.
