Once I'd cleared enough space in my study and removed my old (crusty, sit-only) desk, setting up my new Desky was pretty straight-forward. I followed the various videos (for the desk, monitor stand and cable management) and they were detailed enough to allay my nervousness.Having built the desk... I love it. It's slick both in appearance and operation. It might not be the cheapest work-from-home expense you'll ever have, but already it's changing my comfort and I'm abuzz with new toy wonder. Can't recommend it enough.

Everything arrived together after about 5 days of shipping time. I ordered a walnut rubber wood top and it was very well packaged with padding and surface protection within the box. Leg components were also well secured.Assembly was very easy outside of a little heavy lifting, which may need two people but I ended up finishing it all as one person. All the parts were accounted for in labelled boxes. Very impressed that a single screw type was usable across all the connections which meant less fumbling through little bags of screws.Table is solid and the motor is relatively quiet with both one-touch and button-hold operations.Definitely a win for sit-stand options in Canada.

It's my first time buying a desk with this price tag, which to me, was a big investment, and so, I had high expectations. When the desk arrived it felt very premium, even the packaging. The assembly was straightforward. One comment is the desk surface is sensitive. For example, one time I sticked a small band-aid strip on the edge of the desk before using it on my finger, and when I took it off the desk, it peeled off small part of the desk's surface. It's a great desk in general, just be a bit careful with it.

I have had my Desky Dual desk for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier. The desk was much easier to put together than I expected. The instructions were very clear. For my use cases, I have need 3 different height settings and can so easily switch between them as needed. I feel so much better at the end of the day being able to change positions. Switch between sitting and standing at the push of a button makes it so easy. As a bonus, the desk looks very nice too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a sit-stand desk.
I was too impatient to wait for someone to help me build the desk and was quite pleased I was able to put it together all by myself, although lifting it up at the end was the hardest part as it’s very heavy! The quality is wonderful and I really like the memory settings so I switch between sitting and standing. The finish on the natural rubberwood is smooth and silky and not too yellow, which was the main thing I wanted to avoid. The only thing I didn’t realise was that the pieces are all random lengths so when they’re put together to make the desktop, they don’t form a consistent pattern which messes with my brain a bit, but I got over it pretty quickly and don’t notice it now.
I’ve wanted a sit-stand desk for years but never had the space or budget. I researched all the options I could find and Desky was the best value with great reviews on the mechanics and the rubberwood desktop for the same price as most others with faux wood materials. The desk arrived within a week (after purchasing on Black Friday). It was simple enough to construct with their video tutorial, and it’s absolutely perfect. Even though the desk is bigger than my previous one, it feels less imposing on the room with the two-leg base. The settings are easy to use and my shoulder and neck pain is already improving after one week of standing regularly throughout my work day. What an amazing experience from start to finish. After ordering my Desky Rubberwood I was immediately kept informed of my order status. To make things better, my Desky arrived only 2 days after placing the order!!!The setup....what a well written and clear manual. I don't think I've had such a pleasant and easy experience building a piece of furniture. Everything was stepped out clearly and concisely. Along with this, videos!!!! How good is it having someone help you build the product in English, from Australia and in a video.Accessories: I also purchased an 8port surge protector with cable management tray. Again, videos stepped out clearly to help me install it. The quiet operation of the dual motors is magic. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my Desky. If you want a quality desk please look no further, you will not be disappointed.
After hesitating for a year or so on which standing desk to put my money on, I finally decided Desky was the one to go for as I liked their choices of materials, their pricing was quite competitive, their accessories range is quite broad and I really like their 10 year warranty! This is a massive quality of life jump for me as well, my first computer desk was just a nasty white plastic party table (I'm certain you know the type I'm talking about) as it was "gifted" to me by my Dad. I appreciate the thought, but it was so uncomfortable and flimsy but I dealt with it for about 5 years simply because it worked okay and it was light and easy to lift if I needed to move house. I appreciate the thought, but it was so uncomfortable and flimsy but I dealt with it for about 5 years simply because it worked okay and it was light and easy to lift if I needed to move house. Eventually, after moving into my own home and space requirements changed (the table was far too wide for the small office and I couldn't fully open a closet due to the desk) all the reasons to upgrade started to stack up and so now I am here. and happy to be :)I followed the video featuring Josh from Linus Tech Tips and found it made assembly just so damn quick and easy! and from the moment of opening each of the boxes and removing the parts, I could tell everything is very sturdy and well built/designed. I noticed some small details that have been updated since Josh recorded the video, such as screw inserts on all four corners now for the control pad which is really nice to see! I wound up having to change my initial set up and that was no issue whatsoever! thank you guys! Also I found there to be plenty of cable mounts included to ensure everything ties down really nice and clean.I really went all out with the accessories for this desk, so as a bit of a precautionary tale, I would only recommend getting both the drawer and a PC mount if you are buying 1500cm and above. 1500cm is even getting really close to too small of a space. It just gets a little cozy when seated is all. But I'm still pretty happy regardless as the extra features make up for it in my opinion.I would recommend that you pay close attention to the rubber gromets on the mounting screws for the brackets to the table top. I had a couple that were half mounted and popped out as soon as any pressure was applied to them. Thankfully, they are easy to reinstall if this happens. Just worth noting as something to keep an eye on during assembly. That's all I can think of for now! everything functions wonderfully, it looks incredible and I am confident that for my situation I have made a very good choice! Thanks Desky!
Spent over $2000 on this rubberwood table all up with the accessories. Was excited to get the table only to find it has 3 noticable chips in it when I opened it. I contacted desky through there website with no response :( So I just thought I'd live with the chips since desky wouldn't bother to respond to me. Later a drink spill was sadly another time where I contacted desky for help since it advertises as follows....."Enter our friend Rubberwood. Rubberwood is a truly remarkable material. Extremely tough and durable, it also stains beautifully. Meaning you don’t need to compromise on looks. This wonder material will stand up to even the harshest punishment. So you can be confident you are buying a desk that is built to last. "To me that sounds like the desk ... MoreSpent over $2000 on this rubberwood table all up with the accessories. "To me that sounds like the desk should be able to handle a quick spill and wipe but it totally ruined the finish of my desk which I enjoyed.Well the staff member I contacted through the website were less than helpful and quite rude and claimed the chips were normal from hands and stuff when shipping? Funny since I don't remember when buying the table the picture chips in it. Desky also claimed to not have received my initial query about a replacement for the chips that came with the table when opened which just resembles dead company just looking for profit and no care for customers.Alas the desky support on their website were quite happy to end the conversation and provide no further help or care for their product or customer. No initial replacement was offered, no admission to their advertised "This wonder material will stand up to even the harshest punishment" living anywhere up to expectations.I would not recommend this company. Perhaps omnidesk is the way to go if your seeking a standing desk.
Thrilled with Desky Rubberwood sit/stand walnut finished 59” W desk. Allows phenomenally easy stand options for better health outcome and brilliant lowering to sit when more thinking time required.
