Things that I didn't like:1) Quality doesn't match with price. eg. Back rest fitting is flimsy and too shaky and does not feel sturdy.2) Seat depth low and overhanging legs and fatigue.3) Seat could have been contoured (at the price)4)Arm rests are hard and far out positioned. As such u can't sit close to table when they are up.Like:1) Back rest height adjustments. Can fit very short to tall person easily.2) Lumbar adjustment is good and quick.3) Rubber caster wheels add on4) Mesh quality5) Comfortable and spacious to sit

The chair has a lot of adjustments. It is super comfortable. The only surprising thing is that it started squeaking in a week. Only minor squeaking though, when leaning back and rotating.Overall, just an awesome product.

Amazing chair and really comfy to sit on for hours at a time, a bit tall for myself on the shortest setting but can be easily fixed with a foot stool. Castor wheels work brilliantly

My back was aching for a while, I finally decided to make the change to a more ergonomic chair and chose desky due to its choice of styles and features. I can safely say it was the correct choice because it's really comfortable and customizable.
I'm 195cm or 6'4 tall and need to be careful sitting for long periods as I have a long back. I've always had trouble finding a good chair but this Desky Elite with the headrest is perfect! Adjustable in all the right places including sliding the seat out further from the back which is great for my long legs. With a 10 year warranty I don't have to worry about wasting my money like with all of the $200 - $300 "gaming chairs" which never last long at all...
The chair is a bit clanky, even after tightening all screws perfectly. It also doesn't slide well on the carpet, it feels very heavy when sliding. It does the job, I am not going to hustle to return it but I don't think it worths the $$ and I am disappointed.My rate to Bunnings is 5 stars though. I had some shipping issues with ordering this chair directly from Desky before, but ordering through Bunnings Marketplace was a fantastic experience. They made sure that I won't have the same issue with them.
I love my Desky Elite Ergonomic Chair. I bought it for the office as I sit all day for my job. I am so happy that it doesn't hurt my back after a few hours of sitting. The chair was so comfortable that we bought another one for another employee.Thank you for the great qualityAmal
Having bought "leather" chairs a couple of years that proved to be 'faux leather' which was now shedding like black dandruff, at 3 o'clock in the morning I said they have to go and started the process of looking to replace them. Both being in our 80's the internet was the place to start. I had not heard of Desky and decided we would take a drive to look. However, after reading other reviews took the plunge and ordered two Desky Elite ergonomic chairs on line. My husband quickly and easily put them together and we have not looked back. Everything works well - there is no leather to shed - they don't roll away from me when I go to stand up - they are easy to raise of lower - in fact we couldn't be happier. Would recommend these chairs to anyone. Margaret
This is the best chair I have used so far. I can adjust as per my preferences. I Had the same chair back in Nepal and my office setup here in Oz was not complete without it.
Perfect adjustments finally able to be made! This chair surpasses any other office chair I’ve had. I didn’t get the headrest so can’t comment there but great comfort for price.
