I wish I paid more attention to the actual height of this chair before purchasing. I'm around 160cm and this does not extend tall enough to use a rest whilst standing. If you don't mind adjusting your desk constantly it's ok and the padding is comfortable. I would opt for one of the other chairs which can extend further.
