In my vast experience with health supplements, it's pointless taking something if there are no short term effects. Love the packaging, they made the bottle dark, so that the gels presserve better. Also I had zero issues swallowing, because the gell tablets where specialy made to help slip through the throat better. One of the best animal free, algae omega 3s with dha that you can find on the market.

Time will tell if these work to protect my brain from dementia, Alzheimer’s and such. Because I cannot use products that have gelatin, I chose this product from algae which is strictly vegetarian. All the ingredients seem to be agreeable to me and I trust this product, which I have used now for 4-5 years. Ideally I should take a minimum of 600mg daily so the 200 mg capsules make it easy to do that with one at each meal. The quality is very good and suitable for any age especially for middle age and beyond who want to protect their brain function memory.

Great price for the quantity and quality of the ingredients. I couldn’t really tell if there was a taste, but I definitely noticed an improvement in my mega three blood results. Definitely beneficial for anyone who is lacking in omega-3. I’m allergic to fish, so this was a wonderful product that benefited me in a way I needed. The packaging was nice, and was easy to keep track of.
My brain health has improved ever since taking Omega 3 supplements (used to feel like my brain was tired and couldn't kickstart mentally even though I was physically well. This feeling went away very quickly and never came back since taking Omega3s). I would recommend this brand or the SR Vegan brand (see my review) for best cost performance if you are looking for a supplement with a combination of DHA + EPA. Quality-wise very satisfied and couldn't ask for more. The only cons are that the capsule size is very large and difficult to swallow. I assume this is because of the higher volume of oil and therefore dosage per capsule. Also I've noticed that capsules sometimes come slightly stuck together with some sort of dried glue-like residue. I began purchasing this product based on Dr. Gregor's recommendations of "250mg of preformed EPA and DHA" for brain health. Dr. Gregor has not endorsed this particular brand to my knowledge, but this product exceeds his recommendation and is the best dosage for the best value in my opinion. Additionally, there is no taste or aftertaste!
