▪︎Easy to assemble.▪︎Makes so much ice.▪︎Very easy to use.▪︎Our tap water tastes good but it tastes a tiny bit unpleasant (plasticy/chemically) coming out of the dispenser. I think it will taste a lot better after a few run throughs.▪︎Would definitely recommend for price, ease of you and plentiful amounts of ice produced.

I bought this product thinking that it will chill the water, but realised that it’s an ice maker not water cooler.The capacity is too small, just 2 litres, it keeps making ice and the ice get melts because the top window is not isolating the ice.The most annoying thing is that you need to keep top it up with water.I would recommend it for smaller family or for parties if you need lots of ice but store the ice in a container in your freezer.

Fantastic product, especially for my wife who has been recovering from radiation treatment. She loves the cold water and ice as her mouth is always dry, this product helped by just being readily available all the time. It’s also very easy to use and set up.

Better than expected

I was nervous to buy this, worried it would be another purchase that doesn't do what I expected. However it has been amazing. It is just like the built in fridge ice/water makers which is what I was after, without the expensive price tag. Makes the ice quickly, and I love the count down function for water so it doesn't overfill the cup. Kids can make their own drinks! the only reason it got a 4 star was because I'm having to refill it often. Not a big deal but I wish it stored more. It would be awesome if I could connect to the pura-tap so it automatically filled.

Perfect appliance for a home bar.Key tip- after filling with water, let it run its full cycle till it shows ‘full’ before using.2 litre storage tank surprisingly lasts longer than expected.I use this as an ice machine only.

Instant ice, instant cold water. Fabulous. So easy. So quick. No more banging those ice cube trays. Perfect.

Works really well so far. Only slight issue is when water bottles are filled you must hold them as they miss the hole a little, you can't sit them there otherwise angle isn't right. Makes I've quickly and waters cold. There was a funny taste with water initially but after 5 refills of water was gone. The door is a little annoying to fill, rectangle on side, if there was more of a spout option would be great.

9 ice bullets in 9 minutes is great. 2 issues, firstly the hooper is quite small and when full the couple of cubes block the electronic beam that stops production. This is fine but it won't restart until those cubes have totally melted away. By then the hopper ice is at least half melted away and lost. I've been manually clearing the beam to keep it going. Secondly , the power consumtion is marked as 65 watts. I put a meter on it and it runs at around 130 watts. This is nearly double the advertised power consumption. I also hooked it up to my 600 watt 240 volt inverter which can handle a 1200 watt surge and it would not start the ice maker. So I guess I won't be taking it camping unless I purchase a bigger and more expensive inverter. I bought this ice cube maker and water dispenser for a friend, who's smaller ice cube maker died on him.It was an early xmas gift as he lives on a yacht and you can't have your gin and tonics without ice.He loves it ,and there is always a good supply of ice and cold water .It is very quet and looks great on his bar.

Works well but requires regular cleaning

Handy to have on hot days and makes ice quickly. Does require to be cleaned and emptied every day or at least 2nd day. Still a lot cheaper than buying a new fridge with an icemaker, and can be turned off and put away when not needing for any extended periods.
