Due to lockdown have to wait for professional to open. Ect.I fear it will be damaged to be honest!Glass front. In picture. Was going to purchase a second but not since coffee table scratched in x2 places.

Delivered in reasonable time. Easy to install - just hang it from the supplied bracket once you;ve attached that to the wall. Looks great - both the unit itself with its solid glass frontage, and the flame effect, which is very realistic - the ad for it does not do it justice.Had a party recently and many people commented favourably on how it looks.Very happy!

The electric wall-mounted fireplace was easy to install following the clear instructions. It gives out good warmth to the room plus a nice focus. The various flame images look very realistic and there is no morning clean-up of ashes.
This heater is beautiful. Was very easy to install. Heat is ok for a lounge room. The fan rattles occasionally on high fan. All in all it is a great piece for any space.
This is a great value heater for what it is. The heat is good, easy to use with remote. Looks great, exactly as photo shows. Just wish power cord was white or could be direct wired to power. Thank you
For the worming our place. The inportant for us is that is simple to operate and do the job we need. Thank you. Milka.
Best = flame effect = creates a really cost feelNot so good = heat output quite low when in 1000 kw modeIn 2000 kw mode gets pretty hot and should be located about 45 cm or more above carpet - in fact probably best only above wood floors or if above carpet probably needs to be 60cm+ above floor
It looks nice. It is easy to install to fix it on the wall. If you want to use it as a heater, keep in mind that you will have to call electrican, like for any other device that draws 2KW of electricity to put in on separate fuse.
Great value for money. It looks very smart. The heat coming off it is great. Highly recommend this product.
