We have had this hot plate for less that 2 months, a light lid off a mixer dropped on it and shattered the top into a 1000 glass shards. The glass is extremely thin and weak unlike all other brands. We have had multiple other glass hot plates in rentals and our own property. These more name brand products had years of family use and was still working well when we left the propertys mentioned. We contacted their customer support team and advised to submit a claim, this was immediately rejected. Please look of the pictures of this product online and compare to other brands, its obvious too thin. Would not buy another of their products again
The leg massage machine stopped working for no reason. Foot rollers wont work and the heating function never worked.
I had to purchase a new cooktop as other broke down and I could not cook meals etc. I did not want to spend a lot of money so I checked Myer online store,read about what they had and after reading about a few different ones decided on this and I am extremely happy with my choice and the price was good as well as there was a sale on in Myers.
I highly recommend this product. Easy to clean, heats up fast and controls stay alight until cook top has cooled completely.
Ordered and paid almost 6 weeks ago. Not delivers and no replies from this company. Have contacted via the chat, sent many emails and phoned, phone is just to an overseas call centre who only take a message. No one will reply. Worst experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Only reason for star is you can’t put zero stars.
