Parts missing as well as something loose inside rattling. Customer service not overly helpful or response. Final offer was to reimburse me for screws I had to buy to mount the heater if I provided a receipt. Heater itself operates as advertised.

The heater is operating as I write and looks exactly like the advertised picture. It is keeping me warm from 4 or 5 metres away.There is a small problem which doesn't affect performance - there are 2 dents in the reflector plate which only become visible when the heater is on.So, apart from that minor blemish ,I am very happy with the performance and would be happy to recommend it.

I've got mine in the back verandah. This product looks good and with a large reflector warms you up at quite a distance. The remote control makes it a breeze to switch on and select how much heat you want. A hell of a lot quicker than starting a gas heater, only to find your out-of-gas.

Glass tube covering element extremely fragile - broke when heater slipped and fell on bathroom floor during installation. Supplier said cannot supply replacement glass tube (at my cost) despite User Manual stating that replacement parts can be obtained. MyDeal entirely disinterested in assisting with issue. More than $100 wasted. Thanks a lot MyDeal...Two months later...MyDeal utterly uninerested in assisting me...A lot of "not my problem" attitude. No refund; no access to any repairer (apparently because one does not exist). Not to be trusted..

works really well, very quick in heating, easy to handle and store, easy to move around with it on the stand,remote is very easy to operate also the remote range is good.

Infrared is only ok, if people are stationary

I purchased this heater for the workshop. The way these infrared heaters work, means you must be stationary. The heater does not heat the ambient air, it only heats the body directly in line with it. More of a mistake on my part I suppose. I should have researched infrared heaters more before buying. It does not however, fit my needs.Myer was far more expense than alternatives but I had gift vouchers I needed to use.

Not the best

Heats up quickly but doesnt heat up "whole room" only right infront of heater. Needs a stand, so will cost another $100 for that. Better off jusr getting an old school heater that comes with a stand.

Perfect Condition

I bought it at a very great deal and I like how the infrared heaters work. The LED control panel is pretty awesome too. Will absolutely buy from this shop again.

The answer to affordable heating.

I have made a framework for it to be made portable. This enables me to use it anywhere in the house. The three settings are good when adjusting the heat output. I usually turn it on to the middle setting and turn it back to setting 1 when it maintains a comfortable warmth. Because of its economy, the worry over power bills is reduced. The remote control is also very handy.
