Well the only thing I’m ok about this product is that it’s sucking up the dirt better than my last one..waiting how long it’ll last though? The vacuum keeps falling on it’s side due to hose placed at the top and not the bottom..a very poorly designed vacuum as not easy to manoeuvre around the damn thing keeps tipping over as I mentioned above. Will certainly not buy any household stuff online in store shopping still better at least you get the feel and test products. Not happy customer.😖

Useless !! Tips over onto its side all the tome. Spend more time putting it back upright. Takes forever to vacuum because of this. I have requested a refund and been given the worst response. Please send video showing vacuum issue. OMG. I am the customer. The customer is always right !!! This machine had not been designed correctly. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE. SIMPLE.

This thing sucks ! Literally ! A low priced compact vacume cleaner that really has amazing suction. If I had a complaint ,it would be that the vacume head brushes don't retract enough causing some friction on the carpet . But problem solved when I put head from old broken vacume on the new one . Added a cyclonic dust separator to the wand handle and now I think I have the best sucking vacume cleaner you can get for under 100 bucks suction can be dialed up or down for delicates.only other thing is vacume cleaner doesn't like staying upright. A minor thing in my opinion .

2800w bagless vacumn blue is a wonder. So light and easy to move around. The suctions is so very powerful. A big difference wth the floor. Love it.
Not as powerful or well made as other (more expensive) vacuums I've had but still does a decent job. I have a cordless stick/stand up vacuum I regularly use, this vacuum is for the window tracks and skirting boards which my other vacuum isn't suited to do. The cord is a bit shorter than I expected but it is easy to open to empty and clean. Comes with a regular head only, and while it did pick up cat hair from the floors (I dont have carpets) it was not as good as my other vacuum on the rug. If you have pets you might need a turbo head for it to be really effective. For my needs this is a good vacuum.
Sorry very disappointed. Always had a bad electrical smell and today blew up. Keeps falling over when vacuuming and the suction didn't last long Only had it a few months and the filter keeps blowing off the back. Just a very horrible and unsafe cleaner. I wish it was still under warranty but I have had just over a year. Should have returned from day one but persisted way too long thinking it would get better. Only got worse. So now will be looking for another vacuum cleaner but will not be one of these. Vacuum cleaner should last for years.
The vacuum cleaner is reasonably priced and does a good job of cleaning on smooth and carpeted surfaces. However there is a design issue. With the hose attaching to the top of the unit, I found it top heavy and inclined to fall over every time I wanted to pull it along. This is very frustrating and wastes time and energy putting it back on its wheels every few minutes.
Great looking piece of equipment. It has very good instructions and when vaccuming it has great suction power. However, it falls over more than a Barcelona football player when I tried to drag it behind me and the hose connection into the bagless portion of the unit kept coming out. Apart from that it a great machine. Please fix the wheels and the hose issues and you guys will have a fantastic product.
Low price, cheap quality product, can’t believe Myer is selling start selling these kind of low quality products. Really disappointed. No smaller rollers in the floor brush makes it so hard to roll. But what u expecting at this price. Complete waste of money
The value for money is great. The power of the vacuum was surprising, I think it surpasses most units Ive ever used. Ive had major brand vacuums for years and they all seem to have a similar expiry, so I thought if they all are a throw away product now days then why not buy a more price viable option. On the downside, its a bit noisier than most other products and the head needs changing for carpet. Otherwise a great option.
