I read about a few styles of Angle Grinders and decided on the 'Paddle Switch' model as I felt this has been designed with more safety. However I was sceptical if the Paddle Switch would stick out a bit from the body making the hold uncomfortable. All my fears were put to rest when I held this beautiful piece of technology.My fears on the paddle switch being too big or protruding were put to rest and am happy with the type of grip. Overall this has a good balance once the battery is attached and works smoothly like any DeWalt product.

Forced to buy this after my trusty grinder ground to a halt.Great bit of kit...paddle switch works well and it’s well balanced. Only gripe is the spindle lock is a bit awkward to engage. Not a major problem though.
Again very light, no kickback on start up.. the 240v has a kickback. This one is easy to change discs, no tools required. Again a perfect tool.

Just converted to DeWalt 18v after cooking my corded grinder. Amazed at how much power this has for a cordless tool, stoked.
I was really looking for a grinder with the trigger under the fingers, should be good
Works great, does everything a corded grinder can do but easier, no cumbersome cord in the road and not limited to where a PowerPoint is. Overall a great performer.
Blade guard is real troublesome adjusting. Should be much easier, hence 3 stars.
