Love my ratchet, it’s a beast but I have to say, I’m disappointed that I did not get the option with the 1/4 anvil adapter. Having the 1/4 adapter would make this tool even more versatile. It doesn’t make sense having to buy a full adapter set (1/2, 3/8 and 1/4) just to get the missing 1/4.
very upset was given this tool probably my last given my years in the buisness. I was happy to buy the dewalt sealed head ratchet. i did not get the option with the 1/4 anvil adapter. I have many people follow my teachings and my product recomendations. I travel from dealership to dealership fixing car and they always ask me what the best tool is and i am looking for the right ratchet to give away and recomend. I love this brand and hope they give me chancve to try other models witht eh 1/4 drive so ic an spread the word.
Purchased ratchet but came defective, disappointed, and no 1/4 inch anvil.
​I don’t know why I, nor anyone else, should have to buy an EXTRA anvil for the DCF500 to get the 1/4” anvil that should have been PROVISIONED as part of the kit and at the very least PROCURABLE as a separate item. I have a LOT of Dewalt items (corded, 20v, 18v, bits, etc) so whomever made this decision to nickel and dime us as customers has let us down …very disheartening…?!
I purchased this set and it didn't come with the 1/4" anvil, instead it came with two hex drivers and the 3/8" anvil. Could someone advise how to receive the 1/4" anvil?So far the ratchet has been great.
