DHD DX1 Phase 3 Hot off the presses, DHD has done it again! Reintroducing the DX1 model with PHASE 3. After releasing the DX1 model many moons ago, Darren and the team have tweaked and fine-tuned this new version into a high-performance stick that you may not be able to resist. The Phase 3 has spent over a year in the works and has quickly become a team/staff favourite amongst the DHD crew. The main difference, compared to the old model, would be the added width in the nose and tail. This will allow for more foam under the chest and an easier glide into waves. To keep the boards performance, Darren has kept the rails low especially through the tail of the board. This along with a fairly straight outline will give the board endless speed and drive. The Phase 3's rocker has also been lowered to give you that electric up and go speed that is essential on a lot of the classic Victorian breaks. The single concave has also been toned down to help free up the board through turns, especially when the waves are a little softer.
