Most blades that are advertised as metal cutting will cut through nails and some blades are better than others. Here’s a tip - if you can adjust the speed on your tool, when you know you’re going to be cutting a nail or screw, cut at a lower speed. Same for reciprocating saw blades. A higher speed can wear down the teeth pretty fast when cutting through something hard. Go slow and try and use the whole blade not just one part of it. Your blades will last longer and the teeth will remain somewhat intact.

Used to cut 3/4 thick oak flooring. I had to replace a piece previously installed. I had to use something small to remove but because of the thickness it took a long time. I think wood was too thick and dense for it to cut through it as quickly as a reciprocating saw. Would use for thinner wood veneers but not hardwood flooring.
