I find this actually works for me and gives help from aches for me in the knee or shoulder, it's fast acting not too greasy and lasts for several hours.The small sizes are handy I can carry to work, or out socially
Wonderful for my arthritis. Was first prescribed 3% by dentist via doctor. Dentist now no longer allowed to prescribe it. This was for arthritis in jaw. Seems to be a shortage in uk. This is stronger but great
