It is non-drowsy and relieves: nasal congestion due to colds, sinusitis, hayfever and other respiratory allergies. DosageAdults and children aged 12 or over: Spray 1-3 times into each nostril, every 10-12 hours. Maximum dose twice in 24 hour period. WarningsNot suitable for children under the age of 6.
