While it’s great at warming the bed, there is at least a foot at the bottom with no wiring, so your feet are cold! Also the part that the wire attaches to the bed is sited on top rather than on the side, so you constantly bash it with your arm. Couple of design features that could easily be changed.

The heated section does not go to the end of the bed so feet are not warmed, there is also a strip in the middle of the bed that is not heated. The auto shut off function is unpredictable and turns off at random.

Average. Electrical heating wiring does not go down to where your feet are. Wiring is too short. Only middle of your body is heated.

This was honestly such a great buy. The blanket has 3 settings and warms up super quick. Perfect for the colder months coming up. Have recommended this already to friends and family!
This electric blanket performs exactly as expected. It has the bed toasty warm within 15 minutes and is just what was wanted.
This blanket fits well and tucks neatly under the mattress. For a double bed (which seems hard to get now-a-days) the price is good. Quality seems pretty hardy. The best thing is that the blanket heats up very quickly, which is great if you forget to turn it on prior to going to bed - and that, to me, is the best thing about this blanket.

Heat is not regulated between sides, even if both on same setting.Has numerous cold spots and missed elements in the middle. It's as if they simply grabbed two singles and simple sewed a strip of empty material between them to fit the king.
I bought the extended warranty option from Good Guys, and very glad I did, because this is blanket number THREE from the original purchase, the previous two having died and after a year were replaced without hassle or questions. I have been advised by someone that Aussie fire regulations require all electric blankets must have a chip that detects if the control switch gets too hot and then shuts it down. No doubt the 'brand' owner could find a way to make sense of this, but its easier to chuck the whole thing in the bin and replace it. I wonder when China stops shipping this stuff to us if we will get back to having something that lasts These blankets were like new, simply one control (not the other) didn't work, so consign it to landfill I guess.
