Great little fireplace. We love it. Did lots of research and decided on this model. Unfortunately electronic flame blew in first two weeks. Harvey Norman did replace it but we had to deliver back to the store and collect the new one all over again which was inconvenient. No apology/interest from Harvey Norman. We hope the replacement lasts.
We are extremely satisfied with the look and performance of this Dimplex 15kw mini suite electric fireplace. Remote is included. Led panel and heating function can operate independently. Worth the money. Impressed with Harvey Norman’s customer service (Andrew is an excellent salesman) and delivery- we placed the order last week and it arrived today.
This heater looks great and has brought so much life and look to the bedroom, place changed completely. Just the right power. Wife blown away with the surprise, worth every penny. No more tripping over the daggy old blower she constantly dragged around. Feels much safer with heater elevated of the ground as well.
I cant believe how this fireplace looks like the real deal. I have a very large house and I purchased this mainly to decorated a bare wall. I was very surprised that Its heats large areas and it looks beautiful.I would certainly buy another one due to the quality and heating power. I love how you can decorate the mantle. I am very impressed with Harvey Norman's products and customer service.
I am loving this Dimplex heater, the fire looks realistic and it it gives out great heat. Perfect size for the room we needed it for.
This is JUST THE BEST product & we should have bought it many Winter’s ago!!!We love it & it truly does DO the job and certainly DOES warm the room nicely & comfortably!!It fitted into our little spare spot in our lounge room just beautiful & really lifted the whole room totally! At night with just the ‘fire’ on it really does look line a REAL fireAgain, we LOVE it & we are so happy with it that we are actually thinking of buying another one to fill the wall in our bedroom!!! A+++++
This electric fireplace is awesome. We love the fire look, and the fact we can have the “flame” without heat. This electric fireplace is in the room we will be using as a home library and we are looking forward to a great number of evenings sitting in front of the fire with a good book relaxing.
