I bought this as a treat for my lovely little car, as I would never ruin it with one of those hanging tree scents!The diffuser easily fixed into my air con slidey thing and emits the gorgeous aroma of Baies, which is my favourite Diptyque fragrance.You can choose how strong you want the fragrance to be as there’s an open/close vent.I love the fact the fragrance insert comes in a resealable bag so you can take it out of the diffuser and store it when you’re not driving the car for a while. Perfect for me as I only use my car at weekends.The only reason I haven’t given this 5 stars is the price.

I was bought this as a gift and it is so beautiful to look at and the smell, I had the Baies, is gorgeous. you don't need to have it open that much for the smell to omit and even when you step in the car you can smell the fragrance. I'm not sure if i would have purchased this myself but i'm so glad i now have it and i have purchased the electric diffuser for indoors because i live the smell.

I adore diptyque and regularly buy their candles and perfumes, I am always really happy with my purchases. This product however is just a gimmick. The holder itself looks nice and stays in place, the issue I have is the scent throw, for me it is almost non existent. After about a week I just don't get any scent. I definitely won't be wasting my money again.

I bought the Diptyque car diffuser after purchasing the electric room diffuser and the plug in diffuser. I think these are great. The car diffuser fits easily onto the air vent of your car and a gentle aroma fills the car. Baies is a nice light smell and each time you get in the car, it just smells so nice and fresh. Whilst we are not driving a lot in lockdown, the car diffuser is able to be shut - I’m not sure if this will preserve the smell and make it last longer, but at least you have the option of closing it.
Admittedly this was a splurge for me considering it’s a car fragrance but I’d just bought a new car and felt it needed this prettiness. Obviously it’s aesthetically pleasing and smells great but I also live how there’s a little lever in it so the strength can be adjusted. I find the scent filters through my car even when the little vent is completely closed. My only gripe is that it doesn’t sit on my Mercedes air vent properly and sadly keeps falling off. I wish the grip was different and suited any vent.
I received this as a birthday gift and it is AMAZING. If you want to splurge on a special friend, I would highly recommend it. The car diffuser itself just pops into your car vent and you can control how strong the scent is disbursed. I used a valet recently and even he commented on how amazing my car smelled. You can also buy replacement cartridges in other scents. I had a car diffuser years ago (literally 20 years ago) that did not work anywhere near as well as this one does in scenting the car.
Diptych do it again! We have the plug ins around our house which are lovely. Beautiful art deco vibe which are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.The car diffuser follows suit and has transformed our "scent" from au de wet labrador to BAEIS-licious. Worth every penny.
Bought as Christmas present for daughter who has just purchased a new car - Baies is her favourite scent so this was an ideal gift. I have the plug in's at home with these inserts and they work ok, not brilliantly (throw isn't the best) so I'm hoping that this will work better as a car is a much smaller space, so we'll see! But very aesthetically pleasing, so at least it will look nice on the vents!
I really wanted to love this, given I spent nearly £100 on it but I can’t say it’s worth the money. I really loved the Baies candle and so was so excited to see that there was an option to have it in my car - making my commute to work a little bit more glamorous seemed like a great idea. After purchasing it and putting it in my car I did get a lot of scent pay off but it lasted maybe 3 weeks before it quickly faded off. I’ve since opened it up and bought scented beads off Etsy at a much cheaper price to use instead to save myself money. If you’ve got the disposable income I dream of and can afford a new insert a month then go for it but otherwise I’d stick with a cheaper alternative.
I’m on my second insert now, the initial purchase I was so so happy with, I work in construction and thanks to workboots can get some funky owners in my car, so I was so happy with my car smelling like bais. Then my second insert has lasted about a week. I don’t use the vents that I have the diffuser on, as I always have to do demist my windscreen as I drive long distances, and somehow it still didn’t last, even with the vent on the lowest opening. Quite disappointing for the price point, not sure if I will refill again or try find another one of their products that can fill my car with the same sent
