We finally have Luisa thanks to this set! the dolls are wonderfully made, detailed and great quality, but keep in mind that their knees and elbows to not bend but honestly the kids dont care, they love the set! complete with removable shoes for each character

This was perfect! I took my daughter to see this in theaters and she's been obsessed ever since so these dolls were perfect. Great quality and look so much like the actual characters! Only downfall is that the shoes come off super easily so be careful

Isabela’s head broke off our first time playing with her. Not fixable. Will not just push back on like other dolls. Terrible quality. My daughter is so sad. Now I have to return all the dolls. My other daughter does not understand why we are having to send all the dolls away. She was so excited for a Luisa doll. What a headache!!

My daughter was pleased with these because she loves Encanto and it has all of the sisters. After playing with them for a day or two and asking me to help her arrange the dolls, dress them etc I noticed the quality is below average compared to any other barbies/fashion dolls she has. Their legs seem really stiff in the joints and hard to move almost like they want to pop off if you move them at all. There is a huge chunk of glue on Luisa's arm?For this price I expected them to be better quality.
The dolls came late but it was worth it! The only problem I had with the dolls themselves were the paint job. The whites of the eyes were painted too low and there is a little bit of white paint on Mirabel's neck. Other than that, they came in perfect condition! I love them so much!
This doll set is awesome! It’s the only way my daughter could get a Luisa doll. The only problem that I come across is that the dolls legs are uneven it’s not just one of the four dolls it’s all four of them. You have to turn their legs around so that they’re level. They all can’t stand up on their own. My kid still loves them tho so you know.
My granddaughter loves Encanto, and these will be a perfect gift for her 6th birthday, which is Encanto theme. I have not opened the package, but they are the same quality and size dolls you can buy individually, but I couldn't find any other way to get Louisa and Antonio, so, who cares if she has duplicates of Isabela and Mirabel. They are in line with Barbie doll size, but if you haven't seen these dolls in person, they are more realistic size, not Barbie doll slim. I think Isabela can wear Barbie clothes, but Mirabel is too thick, and Louisa is huge, lol. Antonio is adorable and has the cutest hair. So happy to get these-they were half the price of another big online retailer. An amazing buy, especially if you don't have any of the dolls yet.
Our granddaughter loves playing with the Encanto Dolls. I am so happy I picked the right gift for her. The dolls look great and sturdy.
Very cute set. Dolls are a good size (Luisa is huge!). My kids love Encanto and this was the best thing for them to play with. Worth the money (think you are getting 4 good sized Barbie-like dolls) just wish they had other characters too
Though my daughter already has the Mirabel and Isabela dolls, we got her this set since it's the only way to get Luisa. She REALLY loves Luisa. Unfortunately, there is a defect on her arm. It literally looks like a factory worker touched her arm before the plastic cooled, and there is a rough fingerprint imbedded on the side of the doll's forearm. We kept the dolls, because my daughter decided she didn't care, but for $50 it was definitely disappointing.
