DJI Fly More Kit for Mavic 2

$649.00

(328 reviews)

Make the most of your DJI Mavic 2 drone with the DJI Mavic 2 Fly More Accessories Kit. It contains a set of low-noise propellers, high capacity batteries with attachments and a carry bag. At the heart of this kit, you'll find 2 intelligent batteries which offer a flight time of 31 minutes. The built-in battery management system allows you to see the remaining charge in real time and worry less about recharging. Your batteries are also charged more efficiently with the battery charging hub. Stick in both your batteries and the charger will charge them in sequence, recharging the fullest battery first. That way you'll wait the shortest possible time for a full battery. There's also a car charger, allowing you to charge your batteries while driving, using the 12V socket of your car. And if you're currently not using them to fly, your batteries can be converted into power banks with attached adapters to USB output. The high capacity of the batteries means that you'll only need about 20% of battery charge to fully recharge your smartphone.

I managed to pick this up for less than the price of the two batteries included would have been if bought individually. The charge hub is incredibly useful given how long it takes to charge these high capacity batteries. They charge one at a time but you don't need to keep checking back to see if you need to move to the next battery. The in car charger is hugely helpful on the road. Anyone buying a DJI drone should go for a flymore if it's within budget because otherwise that one battery just isn't enough... Especially since LiPos don't like to be run empty (they are happiest between 20 and 80% charge, with 50% advised when storing. The carry case included I find helpful when on recreational trips, though I recommend a hard case for work use.

That's a cool product to have specially because of the 2 additional battery. They are supposed to last longer and be "intelligent" but the power written on the battery is the same than my original mavic2pro battery. You'd tell me the car charger could stay in the car, but still, a tiny bit more space would have been welcome.

Fly More Kit Mavic 2

This is a great product to buy in addition to your DJI Mavic 2 if you want extra batteries, cases, and propellers for your drone. The Mavic 2 Pro only comes with one battery, so if you are planning on taking trips to record videos and photos for long periods of time you will need additional batteries. Individually the batteries cost are almost as much as the entire bundle, so the bundle is a good deal if you will use all of the different products in the Fly More Kit. The charging port the kit provides is great because you can leave up to 4 smart batteries charging at once. One thing that is cool about the charging port is it charges each battery one at a time, but starts charging the battery with the most power out of all that are connected first. This lets you use a fully charged battery as soon as possible, instead of trying to split all the power between up to four batteries and taking 4 times as long to charge all of them at once. I haven’t used the car charger yet, but that is a great option if you are on the go or at a shoot and need to charge a battery when you are not near an electrical outlet. The case provided also is a perfect fit for the drone, the controller, and the two additional batteries. I personally do not use the case to store my drone in because it doesn’t seem protective. I’m very afraid my Mavic 2 Pro will break because the device is so expensive and the case is really only thick fabric. The extra propellers are a plus as well, if a blade happens to get damaged from something while flying you have the extras. One thing to notice is the propellers that are used on the drone are two different variations, so the kit provides you extras of both which is a plus. You can tell the difference because one propeller has a white ring in the middle and the other will be solid black in the middle of propeller. It’s a great addition to your purchase of a Mavic 2 drone all around in my opinion.

Good Quality - Not Totally Quite What Was Expected
15 January 2022

- Battery charging dock is a "must have". Nice compact design.Holds 4 batteries but important to remember that it only charges one battery at a time. Once that battery is fully charged it will begin charging the next battery. DJI could improve this by having a battery charging dock that will independently charge up to 4 batteries simultaneously.- Two batteries and two set of propellers: Not much to say here. They are exactly what you would expect and are of the usual high quality you get with DJI.- Battery power bank adapter: Although I find that I really don't use this item its perfect for an emergency charging situation. A great little accessory that allows you to use one of the flight batteries as a power bank to charge your phone, tablet, etc.- Car Charger: ... More- Battery charging dock is a "must have". A great little accessory that allows you to use one of the flight batteries as a power bank to charge your phone, tablet, etc.- Car Charger: This is another "nice to have" option for on the go charging of flight batteries. The only drawback on this item is the low voltage protection feature. Don't get me wrong, for obvious reasons I love the fact that it has low voltage protection. However, what I find is that the average car batteries' voltage is below the low voltage protection threshold, so the charger won't charge. Expect to have to have your vehicle running for this charger to charge your flight batteries.Shoulder Bag: This was one of the main reasons I bought this Accessory Kit. It was also the biggest disappointment. DJI touts this bag as, "capable of holding one aircraft, one remote controller, four intelligent flight batteries, a smartphone, extra propellers, ND filters, cables, microSD cards, and other accessories". It's important to note that the description doesn't say it will hold all of these items in the bag at the same time. The build quality of the bag is great, however, it's the only good thing about the bag. it is extremely tiny and poorly laid out. Zipper pockets on it open up to compartments too thin to be usable. The bag lends to an "over and under" design that requires items in the top layer to be removed to get to items below it. There is one diagonal divider that I have yet to figure out what its use and its presence is a constant annoyance when trying to get to items on the bottom layer. If you are planning to use this as your all-in-one, ToGo flight bag then plan on purchasing a separate case (not a bag) from some of the many other great case options provided by vendors other than DJI. DJI really needs to put some thought into redesigning this bag or move to a case design offering as part of this Accessory Kit.

Great value for our fleet
25 April 2022

When you fly drones you know that the batteries just dont last that long. When you own a business flying drones then you know the importance of having enough batteries to carry you through a shoot. With this fly more kit your ensured that you have enough batteries. But its not just the batteries, its the hub charger, the additional props and a nice carrying case that makes this kit worth the money. Just knowing that you have the additional items on hand to fix any problem that may arise gives you peace of mind.

This kit is a great price for everything that comes with. If you do any reasonable amount of flying, you are definitely going to need the extra batteries. The car charger is a must if you travel. Good practice says you should replace props after a certain number of hours of use so having extras whether you ever crash or not is also a must. Here are some things that you should be aware of:- Everything fits inside of this bag however it does fit extremely snug. To charge three batteries it takes some hours so don’t expect to attach three or four low batteries and be out the door in an hour.- The kit does not come with a 120V charger, only the car charger. The charger that comes with the drone fits the charging station as does the car charger. This kit is a must have in my opinion. The only reason it does not get five stars is because of how snug the bag is.

Hi all,Overall, this is a pretty good deal if you are interested in the hardware. I believe that the kit still comes out to less money than if you bought everything separately. That said, DJI provides no specs about the bag, so you are left to assume how big it is. As soon as the lunchbox sized shipping box arrived, I knew the bag was too small. Sure enough, the bag is tiny. It is well constructed and is attractive, and technically, it will fit your drone and the flymore kit. Everything in the flymore kit DOES fit into the bag, but not without having to stack things and jam things in. I am not a fan of having sensitive hardware rub against other hardware, so this bag is a non-starter for me. The batteries are stored in the bottom of the bag and the only way to access them is to remove anything (except the drone) that you have stored/jammed inside the narrow vertical space, then lift a foldable divider to get your batteries. This bag might be fine for some people, but my guess is those people have never experienced a proper bag load that is compact AND protects your equipment. I know the prices from DJI have changed recently so I don't know if the flymore kit is the same good deal as previously. My suggestion would be that you tally up the hardware in the flymore kit that you really want, and see if it is still a good deal compared to buying that stuff individually, then go for it and use the bag for your small lunch. There are plenty of slightly larger bags on the market that will be better protection, and will cost less, the same, or slightly more than the cost of the DJI shoulder bag. FWIW: the four port charger is a must have.
