I plugged them into the drone and the drone asked for a battery firmware update. After updating the batteries, the drone still powered on but when I tried to take off the motors would not start. This was the exact same with both batteries. Unfortunately, for me I did not open these and test them right away and by the time I did, Bestbuy's return policy had expired. I have found forums online with other people having this issue and I called DJI and they are not sure what the problem is but did agree to replace them. I bought this extra battery because the drone only comes with one battery that it doesn't last anything. I could fly my drone only seven minutes. So for that reason I bought this extra battery to flight my drone for a least 21 minutes. And they are not cheap. So the drone and the extra battery you are investing some money and the fly so little.I hope Dji get an firmware update for the battery

Purchase and delivery went well. I ordered 2 drone batteries. One of the batteries was fine and the other would not hold a charge. My only problem was that I had to open a case and send the battery back to DJI. I know these type of problems happen, but it would be nice if the batteries could have been checked before they were shipped.
The Fly More Kits are always a must have when owning DJI drones, and the DJI FPV is no exception. Realistic battery times for Sport mode is roughly 12 or so minutes of virtually full throttle. Naturally, Normal mode will give you more air time and Manual mode the opposite. Batteries came packaged perfectly and charged up properly with no issues.
Just got the fpv drone and i know i cant go out with just ine battery. This is a must buy for the drone. Allows me the freedom to enjoy the drone to its fullest experience! It cost more than i wanted to pay. But it is proprietary. And im not interested in amazon batteries if they even exist
Decent option to offset the poor battery flight time especially when compared to just buying another battery or two. Ability to charge 3 is great since the drone comes with one and 2 more come in this bundle. I just hope the batteries dont lose their charging capability in 6 months like the one that came with the drone. Reviews seem to say they fail pretty quickly though.

They just aren't setup to take care of things like the batteries.Luckily I had purchased through Best Buy and was able to return it and Best Buy immediately replaced it. I still have not flown the drone yet due to time constraints. I wish I have purchased the additional warranty from Best Buy now. The fact that this product comes with two additional batteries and a charging station for the price it is at is amazing. The FPV battery can run only a short time and limits you. This set can increase your flight time to an hour total on photo mode. Quick charging and no need for swapping batteries, this is a must have item for any FPV Pilot.
So the weather warmed up enough so I could use these but the drone would not fly with them. The camera/lights worked, but the drone just would not take off and fly. Weird. Extensive troubleshooting, firmware updates, and internet investigation revealed I'm not alone with this problem, and there is no fix but to get replacements which I now need to do. If you get these, check them before return window expires. Also don't waste your time trying to get them working.
