My 12 year old daughter uses these for her age group swim team practices. She said they are comfortable, and really helps her feel the power in her kicks. She and her mother also think the fins are really stylish compared to other similar fins on the market.

They seem sized better to short wide stocky feet. Mine are narrow. It's fine I wear booties under them to fit snug. Size 10 US=M/L.
I love the Fins but the Xl is shorter Tharp my old DMC fins that were perfect size wise
