Very good price for tapestry wools especially as a lot of shops are winding down stocksVery well packaged. Arrived in good time.Product quality excellentHowever I wanted other colours and have found your website very difficult to work. I have been unable to access what I needed. Tried numerous times. Are you aware of this?Also the skeins shown are blurry due to poor photo representation and I ended up getting the wrong colours I wanted. I wasn't going by the number as I am doing freehand tapestry and needed the exact colours.... Show more

Quality of products and the willingness to go the extra mile for a customer is paramount when undertaking a large project. I have recently started Bargello tapestry work and am delighted with the colours. I am making a large cushion in colours my daughter in law loves and hasn’t been able to find ready made. Variety of Stock and colours are a disappointment

The colours are not what is shown in the screen. I wanted a very dark brown and bought 2 colours but all of these came with way lighter brown than expresso. Even the other colours, like light yellow was a disappointment. I bought a whole lot of floss but still don't have the colours I want. The website should allow for the customer to search for a colour e.g. Expresso brown and the site should come up with the right matching colour and if the company does not carry it, say so! MM does not have "Very Dark Brown"! Also needed tools are not carried, like waste canvas and blunt cross-stitch needles, strong hoops, are not carried. Chinese hoops are simply too weak so this item in good quality are very difficult to get. It should be a one-stop shop for cross-stitching ... MoreThe colours are not what is shown in the screen. The tapestry wool that I received wasn't all DMC wool. I purchased it for my father-in-law in September. The black was a different brand, and the strands don't separate. I will try to return it, but it may be too late.... Show more
