Within 2 days, I was beginning to see results. Within a week, I was able to use my hand freely without wincing in pain. I have been using them now for 6+ weeks and am thrilled with the results. Even my fingertip numbness has subsided. It is still slight, but I feel like the damage is repairing itself. A very solid proteolytic enzyme combination that has the intended effect of reducing major inflammatory issues. In our particular instance, we ran out of Wobenzyme N and picked up Doctors Best Proteolytic enzymes as an available substitute and found it more effective than the Wobenzyme N which was quite a surprise. The dose taken was once a day 3 capsules on an empty stomach. What resulted was much less swelling in the ankles and much better sleep. We will continue to purchase this until it stops working and so far over the last 4 months it continues to work well.

Doctor's Best product are reliable and very good quality product. I myself experienced the difference if take 2 capsules in the morning on empty stomach. Feel noticably clearer. Sleep appears more efficient - noticed the effect the first night I took it. Very pleased. The delayed released caps are seemingly a good idea, but i am unsure if this means they a) release slowly as they progress through the stomach > the small intestine; or b) if they're similar to the enteric coated forms, which purportedly release only when in the small intestine.In any case, this is a comprehensive collection of enzymes, which appear well dosed and from a reputable, value for money brand.As always, great service and fast shipping (to Australia) from iHerb. very happy :)

Help for C-19 lower back pain?

Took this for crippling back pain (of all things) after C-19 seriously messed me up. Already had a bad back for 30+ years, but this was pain x10. Only drawback is now that my nutrients are more bioavailable, I need to cut back on the snacking. It enables the nutrients that your body would just pass through to do what they weren't before. If C-19 got into your lower back and you're in agony, and desperate for options, I can't recommend this highly enough! What I've found is I have to get up about 3-4am and take them with a glass of water and then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours so theenzymes have a chance to work on an empty stomach and get to your small intestines where they get things done.
