First time taking vitamin C as supplements. Tried to take it naturally from foods, but bought it just in case to boost immune system. Skeptical at first, but by surprise, my husband and I noticed our teeth are whitened first (don't know why), then his skin is much improved with less wrinkles. We didn't do anything to whitening teeth in our knowledge. Puzzles me... I understand it is because his sensitive teeth restricted him taking sour acidic fruits. So he was lack of vitamin C and benefited more than me. Now he takes double doses with confidence and it has been a few months. We are happy for unexpected good benefit. Recommend this with confidence.

These are great natural vitamin C capsules. A potent Antioxidant. Most C is made from GMO corn which I won't touch. This is of the only vitamin C's that are not GMO. They're not made in China but in Scotland which has the most superior pure Vitamin C. It comes in a good powdered form as well. In these days when viruses are all around, it is important to take extra vitamin C on a regular basis to boost your immunity. I have taken this product for ages and all I can say is, I've never had a flu shot and I haven't had the flu for years.

I have used this product for years. Recently, I found that this product has yellowish color. The color was a white before. I think that it has been stored in too hot place during summer. The most recent purchased one has less yellowish color compared to the summer purchase but still not a pure white. I hope that iherb store the product in a proper temperature.
