Bit disappointed with the ramp. The carpet covering is not slip-proof. Our dog (mini schnauzer) is hesitant to use it because she slides on it. We are going to remove the carpet and cover it with a non-slip tape in the hopes that works better than the current covering. It is well made and HN's service can't be faulted.

I was skeptical at first as I have a little havanese puppy! I wasn’t sure if it would be too big/overwhelming for him however, he’s obsessed with it!! I thought it would take a while for him to get used to it but he jumped straight on it to get up to my bed and jumped around all excited! He runs up and down it as a little game too ahaha. Sometimes he will slip abit if he goes up the ramp too slow but it doesn’t seem to faze him. Very happy with it!

It’s a great item and our mini dachshund benefits from not having to jump on and off the couch, the marine carpet could be better applied- only had a few staples on each corner and both ends resulting in the carpet coming away but nothing a few extra staples of your own won’t sort out
I purchased for my old cat who was having difficulty jumping onto my bed. It would be wonderful for a dog; but cats would rather do their own thing. My fault entirely for purchasing it!!
Is great for medium dogs, our Border Collie,can get up it.the highest setting is way to steep for our little dog,who is a Maltese, in which it was intended for.
Love this ramp. My girls are learning to use the ramp and it’s very beneficial for them as they are elderly dogs.
Have been looking for a ramp for quite a while now because most are quite expensive. Gave this a go and it does the job perfectly and is about half the price of what I was looking at! It can do a number of heights and is perfect to help our corgi get up to the lounge/bed. Overall very happy with this product.
Great product , our older dog can now get up and down off the lounge without waiting for one of us to lift him on and off . Money well spent .
Both the puppy and i are very happy with his ramp. Has made getting up and down to his favourite seaton the verandah so much safer .
