Dolce Gabbana Light Blue is an amazingly fresh, clean, and floral perfume. It is a classic and timeless perfume. The longevity and spillage are quite nice; it can last from day to night. Light Blue is THE PERFECT scent for summer; a bright clean bright citrus that mellows out with a hint of sweetness. It has top notes of Sicilian lemon, apple, cedar, and bellflower. It’s followed by middle notes of bamboo, jasmine, and white rose. The base notes of cedar, musk, and amber found it all out. I would highly recommend Light Blue to anyone looking to try a new scent out for summer!

I got a perfume sampler kit with this in it! It is such a beautifully clean / citrus scent that seriously takes you on a journey. At first I HATED this scent because it smelled like alcohol but as it settled into my skin it took me on a long journey. After the initial smell of alcohol (similar to most perfumes) it smelled like vanilla, then orange, then a sweet floral sent then a beautifully clean crispy somehow warm and floral and just all around gorgeous scent for the summer! I fell in love to say the least. I did not end up choosing this scent because for me personally it is a perfect summer/ spring scent and I was looking for an all- year perfume. When spring comes around, I will happily purchase.

It has notes of Jasmine when it settles along with cedarwood, musk amber. I don't really smell the green apple accord white roses as much, but they do linger in the background. I think this is a light, crisp scent that would be great for Spring or Summer. It lasts for about 2-3 hours on me, so if I want a touch up, I just do one more spritz. A Staple in Everyone's Collection

I typically am not drawn to fresh and clean fragrances as I feel they sometimes smell like the inside of a laundromat. However, this bright and citrusy fragrance is perfect for everyday wear. I find myself reaching for it more as the warmer months start approaching. The lasting power is pretty standard. I can still smell hints of it on my skin after 5-6 hours. This is not a fragrance that walks in the room before you but instead is more subtle. If you work in a setting where you are quite close to other people and don't want them suffocating on your fragrance, this is a great option.

Not the same scent anymore?

I have worn this Dolce and gabbana light blue for years now and always always my "favorite" scent and always received so many compliments when wearing it however over the last several years I noticed the scent isn't the same anymore smells like its more watered down or something the company may have changed in the scent which isn't as great smelling as it once was? I purchased in department stores Macy's and other big retailers that sell only authentic perfumes and even in those stores Dolce and gabbana light blue for women doesn't smell the same anymore more weaker smelling? Pointless! Barely any fragrance & fades instantly.

Of course this lotion Smells good, but you can hardly smell it. What little you can smell fades almost instantly. I purchased it to help boost the fragrance of my CM EDP. This lotion is too expensive to not even do that. A perfumed lotion, in my opinion, should even be fragrant enough to stand on its own. If it isn't going to do that, it needs to be moisturizing, at the very least. The ingredients are just chemicals and it is not very moisturizing (at least after about 5 min). This lotion is highly disappointing and just Not worth the $ at all. It's pretty pointless to own.

Refreshing, light scent. Love it!

Clean, refreshing scent. Lasts longer than a lot of other perfume. Good deal on 3.3oz gift set. My personal Dolce favorite. I get a young/hip vibe from it. Not an old person fragrance. The only negative about Light Blue is the bottle design as someone else mentioned. Hard to hold and spray at the same time. Not horribly difficult but a little awkward. Definitely not so much of a hindrance that I would even THINK about changing scents. This scent does it’s own advertising. Always get a compliment or two when I have it on.
