I am a huge fan of Dole canned pineapple whether it's crushed, sliced or chunked. My favorite is definitely the sliced and I take mine very cold! The slices are thick just like I would want them to be of I cut the pineapple myself and I love that it is in its 100%own juice! It tastes fresh just like being freshly cut. They also go good with marchiano cherries too. I find that Dole is a great brand that delivers great products for a great price. I don't know how to properly use or open or peel a fresh pineapple and the hack tools that have come out seem to be elusive for me to find, haha I'd love to test one of them on a big Dole fresh pineapple but then again I don't have time for all that work. Dole has done the work for me so I don't have to.

I love Dole canned fruits. I have a lot of issues with my digestion, but I can always count on Dole canned fruits when I want a snack, when I am craving something sweet. I also use them when I want to use their pineapple slices straight out of the can to bake a pineapple upside down cake. The pineapple rings are always fresh, and perfectly cut. The taste is always sweet with just the right amount of tart. The slices are always firm, never mushy. Doles sliced pineapple is the best, and I recommend others buy them for snacking or baking. I will be buying them again.

My family has been using these delicious Dole Pineapple slices for as long as I can remember! (Meaning from childhood up till now lol) Every year especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, my mother will stock up on these as she has always added them to her oven baked hams and/or turkeys. So it only makes sense that I’d grow up using these same tasty pineapple slices in my own recipes. I have also used these in my pineapple upside down cakes and I can’t recommend them enough. With some canned fruits the fruits tend to lose flavor or become too soft and unnatural, but that isn’t the case with these. I definitely give these five stars!!

Dole is the largest brand that you can find in the shelves for pineapple products. I don’t know if this is a good or a bad thing in your books, but they obviously know their pineapples lol and probably have the best system for storage, logistics and quality control out there. I’ve never had any issues with their products and the flavor is always great, like the delicious flavor of their pineapple whip. If you’re looking for a safe bet, I’d go for this one, since the pineapple flavor is consistently good.

I’ve been using dole canned pineapples for years. I like using them for cooking baking and for beverages. I used the Dole Canned Pineapple slices in a homemade pineapple upside down cake. The Dole Canned Pineapple slices had a very wonderful fresh taste to them enhancing the flavor of the pineapple upside down cake. The only thing I wish was included on the information long the label of the Dole Canned pineapple slices was a estimate of how many cups it contained. I really enjoyed the Dole Canned Pineapple slices as did everyone else in my family who enjoyed the cake and will be purchasing only Dole Canned Pineapple slices for all of my baking and cooking needs

Love the Dole Pineapple varieties

I have tried different brands of canned pineapple and the cheaper ones usually use lower quality pineapple that are hard. I have only had a bad experience twice in all the decades I bought Dole brand. These are my go-to for everything pineapple, unless I choose to enjoy a fresh pineapple once in a while. I usually get the rings but this was for a recipe and I just grabbed the chunks for convenience of one less step to do in prep work.
