We bought this tractor in the sale after Christmas for a birthday in January. It appears to be made from quite brittle, flimsy plastic and doesn't look as though it will last very long. Thankfully we only paid half price for it - if i had paid £80 I would have been returning this tractor as I don't believe it will stand up to the type of hammer our little boy will possibly inflict upon it. I realise this isn't the cost of a Little Tykes vehicle or equivalent but I expected more from a product sold by Boots - a little disappointing.

Sturdy tractor and trailer bought for my 5 ur old grandson birthday, he couldnt wait to load the trailer with some toys and pedal along the path in the garden, when his 4 ur old sister decided she wanted to ride in the trailer!they had so much fun and even the 6 yr old eldest sister was able to ride it too, was simple for my husband to put together, think this will have lots of use with the three siblings! Good choice for a present girl/boy

Positives: My two year old nephew loves it, it's quite big and chunky and he can grow into it as he can only just reach the pedals at the moment. Quick delivery and a reasonable price. Negatives: Self assembly! Wasn't that hard to put together but requires a knack securing the wheels on the axles, particularly with the rear wheels which also have the chain drive attached and it took quite a while to get it all lined up right before tapping on the securing wheel clasps.

Came really quickly, really easy to put together, only thing is the bit at the back of the tractor drags on the ground, making it very hard to pedal so we had to cut it off, which was a pain as we got it for use on grass. Probably ok on hardstanding
Looks bigger in the picture than it actually is, I wish I had of paid more attention to the dimensions before I bought it. Both my young children struggle to ride this as it is small, awkward and very lightweight. The tyres slip because of this and I have to attach a rope to pull them along. A lot of money for a cheap product, sorry.
Unfortunately for me this is a downer the front wheels don't turn much to avoid things my wee boy loves it right enough but he keeps saying this is not working also the lock on the trailer snapped as i was towing first time 😕 if I knew that I wouldn't have bought it
Had to return parts missing door panel and floor missing so disappointed have reordered hopefully this one will all be there it is nice so would recommend
We got this for our sons birthday, he is only two so can’t quite peddle it himself yet, but he loves being pushed around on it, and even sat in the trailer being pulled around the garden. He will be able to grow into this and will have fun playing fir a long time.It does take a little bit of building, I’m glad we got it built before he saw it. It’s also a lot larger than we though, but like I said that’s a good thing fir him as it means he can grow into it. Even my 6 year old god son loved playing with it when he came to visit!

The Dolu ride-on toy tractor has a number of design and build quality issues. Shortly after assembly, we agreed return to the reseller (Halfords) as it was unsuitable for use. * There was an alignment problem in the steering column making it impossible to fit a securing nut to the machine screw. * The turning circle was very poor, making it impossible to navigate garden paths. * The tractor had a tendency to continue straight ahead even when the steering was turned. This was due to the hard plastic front tyres and the fixed rear axle. This problem as exacerbated by the child's weight almost directly above the rear axle and no weight on the front wheels. * The gearing was too high for anything but pedalling on hard level surfaces.
