It does exactly what it needs to do and Im really glad its still around. I use it on the toilet, let it sit for 20 mins and then all it needs is a light scrub. Brilliant product.

I was given this free by Ocado to leave a review. It's a thick good quality bleach and the lemon doesn't smell as harsh as the original. Just as well as it was placed in the same bag as my tinned and bottled items and it leaked all over them. As much as I like Ocado their packing does leave a lot to be desired at times! I think I'll be leaving bleach off my order in future!

A huge bottle of bleach for a low cost. The citrus scent helps lessen the strong smell of bleach but doesn't remove it entirely. It is really thick so you don't end up wasting lots while pouring it. I try to limit my bleach usage as it obviously isn't great for the environment but this is one I would repurchase for the times I need it. I was sent this product for free by Ocado to review.

It does exactly what it needs to do and Im really glad its still around. I use it on the toilet, let it sit for 20 mins and then all it needs is a light scrub. Brilliant product.
I was given this free by Ocado to leave a review. It's a thick good quality bleach and the lemon doesn't smell as harsh as the original. Just as well as it was placed in the same bag as my tinned and bottled items and it leaked all over them. As much as I like Ocado their packing does leave a lot to be desired at times! I think I'll be leaving bleach off my order in future!

I received this free from Ocado for a honest review. I have used this product for many years. The ability to squirt under the rim and watch the product slowly run down the toilet bowl really does it for me. I always go Original because some of the other 'flavours' make me heave. Toilets and Domestos go hand in hand
I really like this product! It's a large bottle of thick bleach with a fresh, zesty scent which does mask the smell of the bleach.The product is thick and does cling to surfaces making it great for toilet bowls, as is the angled neck, so you can get under the rim. I have a white toilet which is certainly stain free. I can't comment on whether it has killed all the germs etc as quoted on the bottle but as a trusted brand I'd hope it does meet the claims.The bottle is easily squeezable, so this coupled thickness also means a little goes a long way and you should be able to get nearly all the product out of the bottle. As far as bleach cleaners go, it does what I need it to do so and is, in my opinion, a good buy.

I've been buying the Ocado one for a long time but recently the caps have become really hard to open and I don't have problems with my hands. Husband can open them but I can't. Decided to purchase this although more expensive and the quality is far better. The cap is easy to open, the bleach is thicker and better quality. A little goes a long way so although it is dearer you don't use as much as the cheaper one so it lasts much longer. Will not go back to the cheaper one.
I have not bought Domestos for many a long year. I buy cheaper own brands. However when this was the only one I could get I found myself surprised at how much thicker it is than other brands. It sticks to the sides of the look rather than slide off. The price is double that of own brands however. So I will probably end up buying 1 of each - 1 for performance and 1 to ease my financial conscience!

The smell almost chlorine like is strong! But it does cling to the inside of the toilet bowl and did so after a good few flushes. It actually got the toilet cleaned pretty well but it would still need some anti limescale treatment to get the rest of it. Bottle size is massive, so if space is an issue you may want to consider a smaller pack - but for price vs size represents good value. A solid 4/5 from us - and the only reason it isnt a 5 is because of limescale. I'm not a clean freak and I've never really looked beyond price for bleach as i figured killing 99% of germs was good enough and i dont live in a hard water area so don't suffer from limescale however this stuff really is super thick and long lasting! It clings like a baby baboon and actually smells like lemons with a hint of bleach rather than the other way round. Which saves on headaches! Needless to say it cleans beautifully and as the proud owner of several scruffy teenagers this helps them keep their chore time down as they can bung it round the rim at night and hey presto still cleaning in the morning.
