Great Product. Have had one for 3years complimenting an old 40L Engel which was great but didn’t suit new setup so Sold it and invested in a second Dometic as been faultless.

Brilliant fridge unfortunately BCF tried to supply a shop soiled display unit for the promised new unit I was forced to obtain a refund and went to Anaconda who supplied a brand new unit in two days to regional Victoria

Fridge broke within 3 weeks of having it, displayed error codes and would not turn on. BFC would not replace replace it under warranty but instead sent it away for repair, after 8 weeks of me having to constantly chase BFC to see where it was and arguing BFC reluctantly replaced it with a new fridge. Since then the new fridge has been on full time and not misses a beat, very quite and efficient compared to my last evakool. I am happy with the fridge now but BCF customer service was very pour, they made it my problem for selling me a faulty fridge and made me wait for 8 weeks leaving me without a fridge for my yearly camping trip, very annoying. Excellent product. Uses very little power. Keeps everything cold easily. Very happy so far.
bought a cfx3 35 for use in a kenworth via an anderson plug that has powered many fridges, and used it over a week, wouldnt stay powered up after ignition was switched off, when switched off it it would increase in temperature by 14 degrees in 7 hours while completely sealed and unopened during that period. too item back for refund and went elsewhere to buy the superior 32l product. customer service was great unfortunately due to a lack of stock i had to buy the other fridge from a competitor.
It’s great. There’s nothing at all to complain about. This is a worksite fridge which sits in a trailer connected to a secondary battery and I love when we plug the trailer in that the power source switches to AC. It’s constantly freezing cold, just brilliant.
Purchased to replace my CFX28 which gave up after 6 years 24/7 service. The design of the updated model is a significant improvement aesthetically, and functionally. Easier to keep clean. Bluetooth connection worked well, however WiFi connection has eluded me so far. Display goes to sleep mode automatically in which it does not display current temp. cooling panel is integral to the the inside of the fridge which is nice. Motor is quiet and seems to cool more quickly that prior model. Dimensions are my biggest challenge, as despite the internal volume bump, the CFX3 35 doesn't fit more regular cans than the CFX 28 as the ledge above the motor is too shallow to stand cans up (seems the motor occupies more space than in previous model). Despite the Dimension challenge, I find quality and performance of these Domestic Fridge/Freezers to be first class, and perhaps if you are unsure of what size you require, it may be best to take a sample of the items you wish to cool to the store to check they will fit.
Great fridge/freezer that is just perfect for two people for road trips, shopping trips and for drinks at parties. Small and light enough for one person to move easily but big enough for a retired couple’s requirements.
Fridge is ok but. I can't fit the amount of Can's they say on there advertising no matter how I pack it. The top layer of beers are warm even after two days of cooling bottom beers perfect . Fridge set at 1°.
So far I can’t fault it. I’ve always had another brand of fridge. But this one is doing the job just as well so far. Very happy, and there’s never any hassles with ordering from snowys. Thanks
