This is one sturdy, well made chair. It has strong aluminum legs, designed after army cot legs, that deploy smoothly and are surprisingly lightweight. Seat and back are of a heavy duty fabric that looks very strong and durable. The seating geometry is slightly Adirondack-like, very comfortable, but still very easy to get in and out of. The upgraded zippered carry bag that is easy to put the chair into was also a nice surprise. No more stuffing my chair into a drawstring bag that is just barely big enough to fit. The only chair I found that was even close to this quality was one from Yeti that costs 2-3x more. Buy with confidence!

I wish I would have paid attention to the name of the color rather than looking at the photos. Ash fully looks like a beige rather than a light grey which is what the chair really is. I was disappointed to see the color difference when I opened the package. Other than that the chair is very comfortable and easy to use.

I have used my chair almost every day for the last six months exploring Central America. I am 6"5 and 250 lbs and have a history of breaking chairs. The Go chair is comfortable, well made and very, very strong.
Not only is this chair extremely comfortable it is so just aesthetically pleasing!! Comes with its own carry bag with a strap so it's easy to carry over your shoulder. Definitely happy with my purchase and knowing it comes with a 3 year guarantee gives peace of mind.

Great chair. Easy to set up and pack away. Wide chair, plenty of room. I found the chair to be comfortable. Not at all heavy to carry. It's a well-built lawn chair. The chair supports your back well. I do wish the chair had a foldable footstool and a cup holder.

I ordered two Dometic camp chairs from Backcountry. The first was new and in new packaging. The second appeared to be previously used as it had wear spots in the fabric and even had a small hole in the material. The carrying case had black marks as it had also been used. It did not come with the original labels. I am disappointed as I am not sure if I received a previously returned item. It should have been advertised as used not new.I tried to call your customer service help line, but my call was directed to a call center out of the country. Your gear head was not that helpful.As far as the quality of the chairs, the aluminum frames seem well constructed. I was disappointed when I opened my new camp chairs and discovered they are not at all beige like they look in the photos on rei’s site and domestics site. They are actually light grey! I didn’t notice the name of the color is called ash. Why are the product photos so misleading?
