25KG Resistence band. I have a personla trainer who suggested me to buy this band and I am really happy with it. The stuff is really very good quality. I do not prefer dumbell liftings so I always go for resistence bands and Decathlon is the best brand to buy it from. Love it so far. looking forward to buy more products.

I have a full set of these bands, these are high quality Latex at a very reasonable price, can be used anywhere I took them on holidays recently, would recommend getting a door anchor and a set of workout gloves to use with bands, checkout the excellent videos on YouTube on how to use them properly, progressive resistance at any angle while protecting your joints is much better than weights or machines, and I run our works gym for many years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED very addictive when you see the results, I train to total failure one set per exersice incorporating HIIT, Quality of movement is King and gives you injury free results fast.
I've been working out for 10 years. And had to find a way to keep all those gains during this pandemic lockdown. Made a mistake buying only the yellow (25kg) and red(45kg), thinking I could manage the whole body workout with them alone. Get the 5kg & 15kg bands, they are a must. No matter how advanced you think you are atthe gym, you're definitely going to need them. And please get a good pair of gloves too. Btw I'm new to the elastic training bands if you haven't figured that out yet.These bands have a strong rubber smell which I believe won't go away for a while.
Really a good resistance band with good durability, weight and cheap even in price. But one serious thing I would state - those who are beginners ie that have started doing workout for very short period, this band is not for you. Go for the 15 kg one,perfect for beginners. After 6 months when one gets accustomed to the way to resistance, then switch to 25 kg one. I think this will help others in choosing the correct band. All the bands of decathelon are superb, can choose blindly.
Ohhh my God, this band is just amazing, truly wonderful.I was thinking of buying some free weight and dumbels during lockdown ,but was proving expensive, then I just orderd these bands one yellow one light blue and one red.While placing order I had planned that I would just return these bands as I was not impressed that how can just a band would be used for all body part workouts. On delivery I was not impressed at all with these bands, but I watched some video guides on youtube and i was surprised.Ohhhhh my Goooooodddd..These band are just superb, i am wondering that just spending less than 2500 INR i can train and perform most of the exercises and that tooo gives u very nice pump and shape and it really exhausts you.Best home workout EQUIPMENT
I watched tutorials on how to develop strength through pull-ups. I'm not strong enough to do 5 or more reps of pull-ups unassisted, so I use these for assistance after I tire out from the first 3-4 unassisted reps. That keeps me going for longer, helping me build strength. My rep progression is slow, but my physique is showing clear signs of improvement. I use mine 1-3 times per week. I'm 1.94m, which is taller than the average person and the band works fine. I would recommend getting a set with different resistances, using higher resistance as fatigue sets in.
I bought another one of this elastic band after I used the same one for about 1.5 years. However although quality still good, I noticed that it appears that the rubber has a different feel than when I bought the previous version. More shiny and harder. I know elastic bands become less over time, but i really think the composition has changed.
The resistant weight of 25kgs rubber is not same in each lots . Some physical yellow rubber is thin and low weight .Staff recommend to choose the thicker band between the thin band . Quality control is very important for long term business . But still love this product . Recommend
