Hello, I was feeling ran down, weak and like something was wrong in my body! After watching Dr. Berg videos for a while. Then learning how many different things vitamin D3 does. I decided to give it a try! The first day I took two D3 K2s in the morning and another that night. The next morning when I woke up. I could not believe how much different I felt!! Slept great that night too!! Sleep good every night now! I fell I had strength in all my muscles again! These were also the fist vitamins I have ever taken that I didn’t burp and taste it either! I've been taking it with magnesium and zinc too which could have helped bring my results up in such a short time. I started taking Dr. Bergs D3 and K2 about a month and a half ago. I take one per day. I found the capsule easy to swallow and not irritating to my stomach. I spend each winter fearing the viruses that my 5 year old grandson brings home from school and shares with me. In the past they have caused me to be sick for months. I did catch one of his colds after starting in the D3 but it was far less severe and got better on its own without the use of antibiotics and prednisone. I just had my vitamin D checked and it rise from 34 to 96. Still under the toxic level of 150. I’m sleeping better, I feel better and I’m not so afraid to spend time with my favorite little person.
I have been taking this about a month. I started taking it as a scan result showed early stage of osteoporosis in my left hip. I won’t know if it has helped until my next scan in spring of 2025. I am hopeful it will to be reversed. I include physical activity as well.I take it at night along with magnesium and my sleep has definitely improved. No negative side effects to report. Not difficult to swallow. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I have been following Dr. Berg for 4 years and his teachings and recommendations have definitely changed and improved my health in natural ways.
It delivers what it it says. It helps out with getting enough Vitamin D3 and reduced my inflammation on my wrist. From just feeling, I would rather have a version that has the double amount of D3 (20.000IU), K2 M7 (200mcg).There is a study about vitamin D3 that is independend where they used from 5k to 50k IU.Study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30611908/Also I would like a video from Dr. Berg on his suppliment why it has B6 for example and Magnesium Citrate instead of Glycinate when he is recommending Glycinate for its capability for our body to use 80% of it. And why its not just D3 and K2.
I tested my vitamin D levels a year ago and they were very low (at 17 nmol/L, which is below the normal range that is 30-100). Back then I was getting some sun but a few months later I started working nights so I wasn't even getting any sun at all after that. I started taking the vitamin D when I started working, 3 months into it and I tested my levels again. I shot up from 17 to 72!!! I am finally in the optimal range, I actually can't believe it worked and it worked so fast! It's impressive considering I was deficient even when I was under the sun so I really needed it especially after started working nights, you'd think I would become more deficient. But no, Dr. Eric Berg saved me on this one! I just purchased another bottle for me and my husband. 10000% recommend.
What an incredible product…We live in northeast of the US, consequently we need D3&k2…sometimes I take two (20,000IU), especially when I feel achy or even when we have long days of rain or cloudy weather, which makes you somber :)…an incredible product…I relied on it to cure my vertigo and ear infection; I took two D3&K2, doubled on my vitamin c, and made myself Dr.Berg’s natural antibiotic but with reducing the garlic from 15 cloves to three only, since I couldn’t tolerate all that garlic in my first try of making this cocktail…Yes, Dr. Berg’s D3&K2 is an incredible product, all my family members take it for the last four years, and it bolstered our immune system significantly!Thank you Dr.Berg!
I stopped taking D since my lab levels were elevated. Then i realized how screwed up our medical system is and reread the research done. I opted to alternate higher dose with lower dose qod. I added his 3 of his supplements besides what he's taught me to take for two years now. I streamlined several to fit the research he provides. I am proof as are thousands whose lives are 100% better because of what we learn from his intense studying. I buy sime things elsewhere because of costs. But I can tell you, what I get from Dr. Berg is always trusted 100%! He doesnt slack on anything! Since i started back on this, his estrogen supplement and green superfood...on top of eating how he teaches and OMAD, my health has turned around!

Lowering cholesterol and using statins has proven very unproductive, because my cardiologist has no interest in nutrition. Side effects were substantial after two years. I’m not ignoring my cholesterol but I’m paying attention to sdLDL counts etc. I stopped aspirin altogether.
